COVID-19 April 2021 Update: Things have improved for many of our clients worldwide with the spread of COVID-19 apparently slowing down. Vaccinations have made significant inroads. Our dedicated teams at York Controls have been able to ramp up our service response times, with expedited shipment schedules nearly back to normal to meet clients' urgent demand for quality replacement parts and services. Our departments have continued operating at near normal production levels and our delivery and service schedules have not been significantly impacted. In addition to the Servoflex SFA-07-ENC parts and service support, we are pleased to be able to add several new lines of products and services: Expanded Service and Repair Support for New Product Lines: We now offer support for discontinued Mj-Tooling products, including obsoleted and phased-out Pacific-Scientific parts and systems, as well as the all-new for 2021 Parker product line-up. Rolling out starting during the month of April and May of 2021 York is pleased to announce the addition of repair services for automation products made by industrial controls leader Mj-Tooling such as the SD3955 spares. Related to this we have added to our service line-up the R45GENAR2NSVS00 manufactured by Pacific-Scientific and we are pleased to be able to service most Pacific-Scientific systems and parts. Due to increased demand we now feature QM83135 by Manufacturer Parker as well. York Scientific's New & Featured Automation Replacement Parts: Featured for April 2021 York Controls has Toshiba Brand R22L7500R in stock, original and quality replacement parts available for immediate shipment. Spare units by Stearns such as Series8770010877xxREVC equipment made by Stearns have been added to our featured items. As a tip, you can find the entire Stearns products line-up in our inventory by simply searching for "Stearns" in the search box. Due to increase in client demand we have now also available SAF47DT80K4BMG1HR made by Sew as well as the popular SAM1040 original spares produced by Yaskawa Servo Motors, Spindles, and Electric Motors Rewinding and Rebuilding. We have expanded capacity at our service centers to do complete overhauls of industrial electric motors and spindles. Refurbishment processes are held to stringent QA standards to adhere to or exceed manufacturer's specifications. Overhauls include motor bearing replacement, stator rewinding, and rebalancing. Additional overhaul and rebuilding capabilities of products such as the R46HENAR2NSNV02 by Pacific-Scientific and Series8770010877xxREVC spares by Stearns are also now also our York Scientific's line-up of service offerings. This also includes the original SDSC2D2CM2 Spares made by industrial controls and automation manufacturer Honeywell. |
