COVID-19 April 2021 Update: Things have improved for many of our clients worldwide with the spread of COVID-19 apparently slowing down. Vaccinations have made significant inroads. Our dedicated teams at York Controls have been able to ramp up our service response times, with expedited shipment schedules nearly back to normal to meet clients' urgent demand for quality replacement parts and services. Our departments have continued operating at near normal production levels and our delivery and service schedules have not been significantly impacted. In addition to the Servcos 1C-SE-EN1-EN2-NNN-NN-S-NN-FW parts and service support, we are pleased to be able to add several new lines of products and services: Expanded Service and Repair Support for New Product Lines: We now offer support for discontinued Shinko products, including obsoleted and phased-out Sick parts and systems, as well as the all-new for 2021 Servo product line-up. Rolling out starting during the month of April and May of 2021 York is pleased to announce the addition of repair services for automation products made by industrial controls leader Shinko such as the C8EF spares. Related to this we have added to our service line-up the C40S1603CA010 manufactured by Sick and we are pleased to be able to service most Sick systems and parts. Due to increased demand we now feature SDFP01525 by Manufacturer Servo as well. York Scientific's New & Featured Automation Replacement Parts: Featured for April 2021 York Controls has Shibaura-Engineering Brand CRLACA1A1 in stock, original and quality replacement parts available for immediate shipment. Spare units by Sew-Eurodrive such as WA30D71D4TFES1SIS equipment made by Sew-Eurodrive have been added to our featured items. As a tip, you can find the entire Sew-Eurodrive products line-up in our inventory by simply searching for "Sew-Eurodrive" in the search box. Due to increase in client demand we have now also available 1012523 made by Sick as well as the popular R7DT90L4 original spares produced by Sew-Eurodrive Servo Motors, Spindles, and Electric Motors Rewinding and Rebuilding. We have expanded capacity at our service centers to do complete overhauls of industrial electric motors and spindles. Refurbishment processes are held to stringent QA standards to adhere to or exceed manufacturer's specifications. Overhauls include motor bearing replacement, stator rewinding, and rebalancing. Additional overhaul and rebuilding capabilities of products such as the C40E1803DA010 by Sick and WA30D71D4TFES1SIS spares by Sew-Eurodrive are also now also our York Scientific's line-up of service offerings. This also includes the original C4PPA7510A001000 Spares made by industrial controls and automation manufacturer Sick. |
