Sensycon Diagnostic & Repair Services

We service and repair Sensycon IR-P and related systems and components, including severely damaged and defective units. Our services for the Sensycon IR-P include diagnostic evaluation, troubleshooting, component and board level repair, as well as complete rebuilding of the IR-P if necessary. Expedited handling of our evaluations and repairs are included as a standard service for all our clients. All our IR-P repairs include a 1 year warranty, covering both parts and labor.

COVID-19 April 2021 Update: Things have improved for many of our clients worldwide with the spread of COVID-19 apparently slowing down. Vaccinations have made significant inroads. Our dedicated teams at York Controls have been able to ramp up our service response times, with expedited shipment schedules nearly back to normal to meet clients' urgent demand for quality replacement parts and services. Our departments have continued operating at near normal production levels and our delivery and service schedules have not been significantly impacted. In addition to the Sensycon IR-P parts and service support, we are pleased to be able to add several new lines of products and services: Expanded Service and Repair Support for New Product Lines: We now offer support for discontinued Sti products, including obsoleted and phased-out Sti parts and systems, as well as the all-new for 2021 Telemecanique product line-up. Rolling out starting during the month of April and May of 2021 York is pleased to announce the addition of repair services for automation products made by industrial controls leader Sti such as the VS6554R spares. Related to this we have added to our service line-up the MS4332 manufactured by Sti and we are pleased to be able to service most Sti systems and parts. Due to increased demand we now feature TSXFPP10 by Manufacturer Telemecanique as well.
