COVID-19 April 2021 Update: Things have improved for many of our clients worldwide with the spread of COVID-19 apparently slowing down. Vaccinations have made significant inroads. Our dedicated teams at York Controls have been able to ramp up our service response times, with expedited shipment schedules nearly back to normal to meet clients' urgent demand for quality replacement parts and services. Our departments have continued operating at near normal production levels and our delivery and service schedules have not been significantly impacted. In addition to the Sensotec A-5/1311-15A5D-01 parts and service support, we are pleased to be able to add several new lines of products and services: Expanded Service and Repair Support for New Product Lines: We now offer support for discontinued Sumtak products, including obsoleted and phased-out Suzhou parts and systems, as well as the all-new for 2021 Sti product line-up. Rolling out starting during the month of April and May of 2021 York is pleased to announce the addition of repair services for automation products made by industrial controls leader Sumtak such as the SPW60 spares. Related to this we have added to our service line-up the IS500PS1R61145 manufactured by Suzhou and we are pleased to be able to service most Suzhou systems and parts. Due to increased demand we now feature MS46R301045Q1RNCFP by Manufacturer Sti as well. York Scientific's New & Featured Automation Replacement Parts: Featured for April 2021 York Controls has Siemens Brand 6FX20012KB25V23465H1250M591 in stock, original and quality replacement parts available for immediate shipment. Spare units by Sick such as 7102615 equipment made by Sick have been added to our featured items. As a tip, you can find the entire Sick products line-up in our inventory by simply searching for "Sick" in the search box. Due to increase in client demand we have now also available 10870416 made by Servtec as well as the popular CLV442A0010OpticalSensor original spares produced by Sick Servo Motors, Spindles, and Electric Motors Rewinding and Rebuilding. We have expanded capacity at our service centers to do complete overhauls of industrial electric motors and spindles. Refurbishment processes are held to stringent QA standards to adhere to or exceed manufacturer's specifications. Overhauls include motor bearing replacement, stator rewinding, and rebalancing. Additional overhaul and rebuilding capabilities of products such as the VS6554R by Sti and 7102615 spares by Sick are also now also our York Scientific's line-up of service offerings. This also includes the original VMD5002002 Spares made by industrial controls and automation manufacturer Sick. |
