COVID-19 April 2021 Update: Things have improved for many of our clients worldwide with the spread of COVID-19 apparently slowing down. Vaccinations have made significant inroads. Our dedicated teams at York Controls have been able to ramp up our service response times, with expedited shipment schedules nearly back to normal to meet clients' urgent demand for quality replacement parts and services. Our departments have continued operating at near normal production levels and our delivery and service schedules have not been significantly impacted. In addition to the Sensortronics 65083S5K-5100 parts and service support, we are pleased to be able to add several new lines of products and services: Expanded Service and Repair Support for New Product Lines: We now offer support for discontinued Shan-Ho products, including obsoleted and phased-out Shinko parts and systems, as well as the all-new for 2021 Sew product line-up. Rolling out starting during the month of April and May of 2021 York is pleased to announce the addition of repair services for automation products made by industrial controls leader Shan-Ho such as the LDS5400K spares. Related to this we have added to our service line-up the C93VFT2B manufactured by Shinko and we are pleased to be able to service most Shinko systems and parts. Due to increased demand we now feature MDX61B055050340T by Manufacturer Sew as well. York Scientific's New & Featured Automation Replacement Parts: Featured for April 2021 York Controls has Sew-Eurodrive Brand W20D71C4 in stock, original and quality replacement parts available for immediate shipment. Spare units by Sentec such as HA50S equipment made by Sentec have been added to our featured items. As a tip, you can find the entire Sentec products line-up in our inventory by simply searching for "Sentec" in the search box. Due to increase in client demand we have now also available CLT2000GTB made by Sentrex as well as the popular ASSY original spares produced by Shimadzu Servo Motors, Spindles, and Electric Motors Rewinding and Rebuilding. We have expanded capacity at our service centers to do complete overhauls of industrial electric motors and spindles. Refurbishment processes are held to stringent QA standards to adhere to or exceed manufacturer's specifications. Overhauls include motor bearing replacement, stator rewinding, and rebalancing. Additional overhaul and rebuilding capabilities of products such as the SF40D71D by Sew-Usocome and HA50S spares by Sentec are also now also our York Scientific's line-up of service offerings. This also includes the original C40E0601AN310 Spares made by industrial controls and automation manufacturer Sick. |
