COVID-19 April 2021 Update: Things have improved for many of our clients worldwide with the spread of COVID-19 apparently slowing down. Vaccinations have made significant inroads. Our dedicated teams at York Controls have been able to ramp up our service response times, with expedited shipment schedules nearly back to normal to meet clients' urgent demand for quality replacement parts and services. Our departments have continued operating at near normal production levels and our delivery and service schedules have not been significantly impacted. In addition to the Semitronics CTG-601FSY60 parts and service support, we are pleased to be able to add several new lines of products and services: Expanded Service and Repair Support for New Product Lines: We now offer support for discontinued Omega products, including obsoleted and phased-out Rosemount parts and systems, as well as the all-new for 2021 Servo product line-up. Rolling out starting during the month of April and May of 2021 York is pleased to announce the addition of repair services for automation products made by industrial controls leader Omega such as the PX35975KGI spares. Related to this we have added to our service line-up the CG4A22A1AS1M5E5 manufactured by Rosemount and we are pleased to be able to service most Rosemount systems and parts. Due to increased demand we now feature SMART5LS by Manufacturer Servo as well. York Scientific's New & Featured Automation Replacement Parts: Featured for April 2021 York Controls has Omron Brand E3A2XCM4 in stock, original and quality replacement parts available for immediate shipment. Spare units by Omron such as F3SJA1505P20D01TS equipment made by Omron have been added to our featured items. As a tip, you can find the entire Omron products line-up in our inventory by simply searching for "Omron" in the search box. Due to increase in client demand we have now also available Wthp2LCDccell made by Omega as well as the popular LTUR2011 original spares produced by Omega Servo Motors, Spindles, and Electric Motors Rewinding and Rebuilding. We have expanded capacity at our service centers to do complete overhauls of industrial electric motors and spindles. Refurbishment processes are held to stringent QA standards to adhere to or exceed manufacturer's specifications. Overhauls include motor bearing replacement, stator rewinding, and rebalancing. Additional overhaul and rebuilding capabilities of products such as the T211107 by Sensordata and F3SJA1505P20D01TS spares by Omron are also now also our York Scientific's line-up of service offerings. This also includes the original AS5610 Spares made by industrial controls and automation manufacturer Optek. |
