COVID-19 April 2021 Update: Things have improved for many of our clients worldwide with the spread of COVID-19 apparently slowing down. Vaccinations have made significant inroads. Our dedicated teams at York Controls have been able to ramp up our service response times, with expedited shipment schedules nearly back to normal to meet clients' urgent demand for quality replacement parts and services. Our departments have continued operating at near normal production levels and our delivery and service schedules have not been significantly impacted. In addition to the Semitronics 200-280 parts and service support, we are pleased to be able to add several new lines of products and services: Expanded Service and Repair Support for New Product Lines: We now offer support for discontinued Pepperl products, including obsoleted and phased-out Scientific parts and systems, as well as the all-new for 2021 Sensotec product line-up. Rolling out starting during the month of April and May of 2021 York is pleased to announce the addition of repair services for automation products made by industrial controls leader Pepperl such as the FEPC4LF spares. Related to this we have added to our service line-up the XLV31K5PA7B manufactured by Scientific and we are pleased to be able to service most Scientific systems and parts. Due to increased demand we now feature AG300 by Manufacturer Sensotec as well. York Scientific's New & Featured Automation Replacement Parts: Featured for April 2021 York Controls has Pepperl+fuchs Brand UB200030GM65WS3BHMS5 in stock, original and quality replacement parts available for immediate shipment. Spare units by Sick such as ICR8472E1030 equipment made by Sick have been added to our featured items. As a tip, you can find the entire Sick products line-up in our inventory by simply searching for "Sick" in the search box. Due to increase in client demand we have now also available S20134 made by Senscient as well as the popular TG1A2A11A1ADA2M5Q4E5 original spares produced by Rosemount Servo Motors, Spindles, and Electric Motors Rewinding and Rebuilding. We have expanded capacity at our service centers to do complete overhauls of industrial electric motors and spindles. Refurbishment processes are held to stringent QA standards to adhere to or exceed manufacturer's specifications. Overhauls include motor bearing replacement, stator rewinding, and rebalancing. Additional overhaul and rebuilding capabilities of products such as the C20S030103A11 by Sick and ICR8472E1030 spares by Sick are also now also our York Scientific's line-up of service offerings. This also includes the original CMF4001001 Spares made by industrial controls and automation manufacturer Sick. |
