COVID-19 April 2021 Update: Things have improved for many of our clients worldwide with the spread of COVID-19 apparently slowing down. Vaccinations have made significant inroads. Our dedicated teams at York Controls have been able to ramp up our service response times, with expedited shipment schedules nearly back to normal to meet clients' urgent demand for quality replacement parts and services. Our departments have continued operating at near normal production levels and our delivery and service schedules have not been significantly impacted. In addition to the Semikron SKT240/18D parts and service support, we are pleased to be able to add several new lines of products and services: Expanded Service and Repair Support for New Product Lines: We now offer support for discontinued Teknor products, including obsoleted and phased-out Vicor parts and systems, as well as the all-new for 2021 Koyo product line-up. Rolling out starting during the month of April and May of 2021 York is pleased to announce the addition of repair services for automation products made by industrial controls leader Teknor such as the T941DMC1DXC00H spares. Related to this we have added to our service line-up the VI223CY manufactured by Vicor and we are pleased to be able to service most Vicor systems and parts. Due to increased demand we now feature TRDN2500RZ by Manufacturer Koyo as well. York Scientific's New & Featured Automation Replacement Parts: Featured for April 2021 York Controls has Koyo Brand TRDN512RZW in stock, original and quality replacement parts available for immediate shipment. Spare units by Catalina-Research such as V1M40 equipment made by Catalina-Research have been added to our featured items. As a tip, you can find the entire Catalina-Research products line-up in our inventory by simply searching for "Catalina-Research" in the search box. Due to increase in client demand we have now also available VI26YCU made by Vicor as well as the popular TDM12050300W1220 original spares produced by Indramat Servo Motors, Spindles, and Electric Motors Rewinding and Rebuilding. We have expanded capacity at our service centers to do complete overhauls of industrial electric motors and spindles. Refurbishment processes are held to stringent QA standards to adhere to or exceed manufacturer's specifications. Overhauls include motor bearing replacement, stator rewinding, and rebalancing. Additional overhaul and rebuilding capabilities of products such as the TME11115U by Cooper and V1M40 spares by Catalina-Research are also now also our York Scientific's line-up of service offerings. This also includes the original TA32912Q52274 Spares made by industrial controls and automation manufacturer Dynex. |
