COVID-19 April 2021 Update: Things have improved for many of our clients worldwide with the spread of COVID-19 apparently slowing down. Vaccinations have made significant inroads. Our dedicated teams at York Controls have been able to ramp up our service response times, with expedited shipment schedules nearly back to normal to meet clients' urgent demand for quality replacement parts and services. Our departments have continued operating at near normal production levels and our delivery and service schedules have not been significantly impacted. In addition to the Semikron SKT100/12E parts and service support, we are pleased to be able to add several new lines of products and services: Expanded Service and Repair Support for New Product Lines: We now offer support for discontinued Delta-Computer products, including obsoleted and phased-out Telemecanique parts and systems, as well as the all-new for 2021 Nsd product line-up. Rolling out starting during the month of April and May of 2021 York is pleased to announce the addition of repair services for automation products made by industrial controls leader Delta-Computer such as the TMC18840Q spares. Related to this we have added to our service line-up the TSXRAM51216 manufactured by Telemecanique and we are pleased to be able to service most Telemecanique systems and parts. Due to increased demand we now feature VS6E by Manufacturer Nsd as well. York Scientific's New & Featured Automation Replacement Parts: Featured for April 2021 York Controls has Lust Brand VF1406MC9PT1BR1 in stock, original and quality replacement parts available for immediate shipment. Spare units by Yokogawa such as SRHD100E equipment made by Yokogawa have been added to our featured items. As a tip, you can find the entire Yokogawa products line-up in our inventory by simply searching for "Yokogawa" in the search box. Due to increase in client demand we have now also available VA40E03C431 made by Teledyne-Dalsa as well as the popular U11M2BX2DM400140F1ES12197ES11916 original spares produced by Aerotech Servo Motors, Spindles, and Electric Motors Rewinding and Rebuilding. We have expanded capacity at our service centers to do complete overhauls of industrial electric motors and spindles. Refurbishment processes are held to stringent QA standards to adhere to or exceed manufacturer's specifications. Overhauls include motor bearing replacement, stator rewinding, and rebalancing. Additional overhaul and rebuilding capabilities of products such as the TDM1230300W1 by Indramat and SRHD100E spares by Yokogawa are also now also our York Scientific's line-up of service offerings. This also includes the original VS1B6B600CE Spares made by industrial controls and automation manufacturer Astec. |
