COVID-19 April 2021 Update: Things have improved for many of our clients worldwide with the spread of COVID-19 apparently slowing down. Vaccinations have made significant inroads. Our dedicated teams at York Controls have been able to ramp up our service response times, with expedited shipment schedules nearly back to normal to meet clients' urgent demand for quality replacement parts and services. Our departments have continued operating at near normal production levels and our delivery and service schedules have not been significantly impacted. In addition to the Semikron SKNH56/18E parts and service support, we are pleased to be able to add several new lines of products and services: Expanded Service and Repair Support for New Product Lines: We now offer support for discontinued Semikron products, including obsoleted and phased-out Validyne parts and systems, as well as the all-new for 2021 Schneider product line-up. Rolling out starting during the month of April and May of 2021 York is pleased to announce the addition of repair services for automation products made by industrial controls leader Semikron such as the SKYPER32R spares. Related to this we have added to our service line-up the TC243E4859D1801 manufactured by Validyne and we are pleased to be able to service most Validyne systems and parts. Due to increased demand we now feature TSXP575634M by Manufacturer Schneider as well. York Scientific's New & Featured Automation Replacement Parts: Featured for April 2021 York Controls has Bosch Brand SM2550TCT in stock, original and quality replacement parts available for immediate shipment. Spare units by Teledyne-Dalsa such as VA40E03C431 equipment made by Teledyne-Dalsa have been added to our featured items. As a tip, you can find the entire Teledyne-Dalsa products line-up in our inventory by simply searching for "Teledyne-Dalsa" in the search box. Due to increase in client demand we have now also available SYCF40KF made by Apc as well as the popular SS100 original spares produced by Hyde-Park Servo Motors, Spindles, and Electric Motors Rewinding and Rebuilding. We have expanded capacity at our service centers to do complete overhauls of industrial electric motors and spindles. Refurbishment processes are held to stringent QA standards to adhere to or exceed manufacturer's specifications. Overhauls include motor bearing replacement, stator rewinding, and rebalancing. Additional overhaul and rebuilding capabilities of products such as the UVC40030H by Tb-Woods and VA40E03C431 spares by Teledyne-Dalsa are also now also our York Scientific's line-up of service offerings. This also includes the original ST442RS1 Spares made by industrial controls and automation manufacturer Emerson. |
