COVID-19 April 2021 Update: Things have improved for many of our clients worldwide with the spread of COVID-19 apparently slowing down. Vaccinations have made significant inroads. Our dedicated teams at York Controls have been able to ramp up our service response times, with expedited shipment schedules nearly back to normal to meet clients' urgent demand for quality replacement parts and services. Our departments have continued operating at near normal production levels and our delivery and service schedules have not been significantly impacted. In addition to the Semikron SKM40GD121D parts and service support, we are pleased to be able to add several new lines of products and services: Expanded Service and Repair Support for New Product Lines: We now offer support for discontinued Action-Instruments products, including obsoleted and phased-out Cooper parts and systems, as well as the all-new for 2021 Indramat product line-up. Rolling out starting during the month of April and May of 2021 York is pleased to announce the addition of repair services for automation products made by industrial controls leader Action-Instruments such as the V5080020140 spares. Related to this we have added to our service line-up the TME11115UENand47EA135MH4 manufactured by Cooper and we are pleased to be able to service most Cooper systems and parts. Due to increased demand we now feature TDM32020300W0 by Manufacturer Indramat as well. York Scientific's New & Featured Automation Replacement Parts: Featured for April 2021 York Controls has Rexroth Brand SM1020TC1 in stock, original and quality replacement parts available for immediate shipment. Spare units by Mitsubishi such as SW1DHH16C4 equipment made by Mitsubishi have been added to our featured items. As a tip, you can find the entire Mitsubishi products line-up in our inventory by simply searching for "Mitsubishi" in the search box. Due to increase in client demand we have now also available StaticSMPL made by Nirsystems as well as the popular TechwareII original spares produced by Brooks Servo Motors, Spindles, and Electric Motors Rewinding and Rebuilding. We have expanded capacity at our service centers to do complete overhauls of industrial electric motors and spindles. Refurbishment processes are held to stringent QA standards to adhere to or exceed manufacturer's specifications. Overhauls include motor bearing replacement, stator rewinding, and rebalancing. Additional overhaul and rebuilding capabilities of products such as the SKT120012D by Semikron and SW1DHH16C4 spares by Mitsubishi are also now also our York Scientific's line-up of service offerings. This also includes the original TXBTF024510E Spares made by industrial controls and automation manufacturer Telemecanique. |
