COVID-19 April 2021 Update: Things have improved for many of our clients worldwide with the spread of COVID-19 apparently slowing down. Vaccinations have made significant inroads. Our dedicated teams at York Controls have been able to ramp up our service response times, with expedited shipment schedules nearly back to normal to meet clients' urgent demand for quality replacement parts and services. Our departments have continued operating at near normal production levels and our delivery and service schedules have not been significantly impacted. In addition to the Semikron SKKH105/16E parts and service support, we are pleased to be able to add several new lines of products and services: Expanded Service and Repair Support for New Product Lines: We now offer support for discontinued Nulogic products, including obsoleted and phased-out Mitsubishi parts and systems, as well as the all-new for 2021 Semikron product line-up. Rolling out starting during the month of April and May of 2021 York is pleased to announce the addition of repair services for automation products made by industrial controls leader Nulogic such as the UMI4A spares. Related to this we have added to our service line-up the TM200DZM manufactured by Mitsubishi and we are pleased to be able to service most Mitsubishi systems and parts. Due to increased demand we now feature SKM200GAL123D by Manufacturer Semikron as well. York Scientific's New & Featured Automation Replacement Parts: Featured for April 2021 York Controls has Schneider Brand TBUP3501G21AA10 in stock, original and quality replacement parts available for immediate shipment. Spare units by Tline such as TETTVGA0045 equipment made by Tline have been added to our featured items. As a tip, you can find the entire Tline products line-up in our inventory by simply searching for "Tline" in the search box. Due to increase in client demand we have now also available TD131N16KOF made by Eupec as well as the popular VAMCTRKFR2 original spares produced by Pepperl-Fuchs Servo Motors, Spindles, and Electric Motors Rewinding and Rebuilding. We have expanded capacity at our service centers to do complete overhauls of industrial electric motors and spindles. Refurbishment processes are held to stringent QA standards to adhere to or exceed manufacturer's specifications. Overhauls include motor bearing replacement, stator rewinding, and rebalancing. Additional overhaul and rebuilding capabilities of products such as the TSX1713428 by Telemecanique and TETTVGA0045 spares by Tline are also now also our York Scientific's line-up of service offerings. This also includes the original TSXP871 Spares made by industrial controls and automation manufacturer Telemecanique. |
