COVID-19 April 2021 Update: Things have improved for many of our clients worldwide with the spread of COVID-19 apparently slowing down. Vaccinations have made significant inroads. Our dedicated teams at York Controls have been able to ramp up our service response times, with expedited shipment schedules nearly back to normal to meet clients' urgent demand for quality replacement parts and services. Our departments have continued operating at near normal production levels and our delivery and service schedules have not been significantly impacted. In addition to the Semikron SKKH105/16D parts and service support, we are pleased to be able to add several new lines of products and services: Expanded Service and Repair Support for New Product Lines: We now offer support for discontinued Cutler-Hammer products, including obsoleted and phased-out Semikron parts and systems, as well as the all-new for 2021 Mitsubishi product line-up. Rolling out starting during the month of April and May of 2021 York is pleased to announce the addition of repair services for automation products made by industrial controls leader Cutler-Hammer such as the TAP364ZN spares. Related to this we have added to our service line-up the SKM75GD123D manufactured by Semikron and we are pleased to be able to service most Semikron systems and parts. Due to increased demand we now feature TM130GZM by Manufacturer Mitsubishi as well. York Scientific's New & Featured Automation Replacement Parts: Featured for April 2021 York Controls has Teknor-Applicom Brand T94650000000 in stock, original and quality replacement parts available for immediate shipment. Spare units by Idec such as SLC30N0816DD2FBR20S5G44Y64 equipment made by Idec have been added to our featured items. As a tip, you can find the entire Idec products line-up in our inventory by simply searching for "Idec" in the search box. Due to increase in client demand we have now also available TWDNOZ232D made by Telemecanique as well as the popular V375A12C600BL original spares produced by Vicor Servo Motors, Spindles, and Electric Motors Rewinding and Rebuilding. We have expanded capacity at our service centers to do complete overhauls of industrial electric motors and spindles. Refurbishment processes are held to stringent QA standards to adhere to or exceed manufacturer's specifications. Overhauls include motor bearing replacement, stator rewinding, and rebalancing. Additional overhaul and rebuilding capabilities of products such as the U11M2BX2DM400140F1ES12197ES11916 by Aerotech and SLC30N0816DD2FBR20S5G44Y64 spares by Idec are also now also our York Scientific's line-up of service offerings. This also includes the original SKKT33008E Spares made by industrial controls and automation manufacturer Semikron. |
