COVID-19 April 2021 Update: Things have improved for many of our clients worldwide with the spread of COVID-19 apparently slowing down. Vaccinations have made significant inroads. Our dedicated teams at York Controls have been able to ramp up our service response times, with expedited shipment schedules nearly back to normal to meet clients' urgent demand for quality replacement parts and services. Our departments have continued operating at near normal production levels and our delivery and service schedules have not been significantly impacted. In addition to the Semikron SKKD162/20H4 parts and service support, we are pleased to be able to add several new lines of products and services: Expanded Service and Repair Support for New Product Lines: We now offer support for discontinued Koyo products, including obsoleted and phased-out Six-Net parts and systems, as well as the all-new for 2021 Moog product line-up. Rolling out starting during the month of April and May of 2021 York is pleased to announce the addition of repair services for automation products made by industrial controls leader Koyo such as the TRDN300RZ spares. Related to this we have added to our service line-up the STAI10V08 manufactured by Six-Net and we are pleased to be able to service most Six-Net systems and parts. Due to increased demand we now feature T150901B7232A by Manufacturer Moog as well. York Scientific's New & Featured Automation Replacement Parts: Featured for April 2021 York Controls has Kasuga Brand Spindle in stock, original and quality replacement parts available for immediate shipment. Spare units by Fisher such as V1501052 equipment made by Fisher have been added to our featured items. As a tip, you can find the entire Fisher products line-up in our inventory by simply searching for "Fisher" in the search box. Due to increase in client demand we have now also available TD80DFS made by Fec as well as the popular TR36 original spares produced by Canon Servo Motors, Spindles, and Electric Motors Rewinding and Rebuilding. We have expanded capacity at our service centers to do complete overhauls of industrial electric motors and spindles. Refurbishment processes are held to stringent QA standards to adhere to or exceed manufacturer's specifications. Overhauls include motor bearing replacement, stator rewinding, and rebalancing. Additional overhaul and rebuilding capabilities of products such as the TSX1712028E by Telemecanique and V1501052 spares by Fisher are also now also our York Scientific's line-up of service offerings. This also includes the original TSXMAPPC74M Spares made by industrial controls and automation manufacturer Telemecanique. |
