COVID-19 April 2021 Update: Things have improved for many of our clients worldwide with the spread of COVID-19 apparently slowing down. Vaccinations have made significant inroads. Our dedicated teams at York Controls have been able to ramp up our service response times, with expedited shipment schedules nearly back to normal to meet clients' urgent demand for quality replacement parts and services. Our departments have continued operating at near normal production levels and our delivery and service schedules have not been significantly impacted. In addition to the Semikron SKD83/16 parts and service support, we are pleased to be able to add several new lines of products and services: Expanded Service and Repair Support for New Product Lines: We now offer support for discontinued Koyo products, including obsoleted and phased-out Motori-Elettrici parts and systems, as well as the all-new for 2021 Siemens product line-up. Rolling out starting during the month of April and May of 2021 York is pleased to announce the addition of repair services for automation products made by industrial controls leader Koyo such as the TRDN200RZW spares. Related to this we have added to our service line-up the TN63A4 manufactured by Motori-Elettrici and we are pleased to be able to service most Motori-Elettrici systems and parts. Due to increased demand we now feature SP226DD16830CC0REV by Manufacturer Siemens as well. York Scientific's New & Featured Automation Replacement Parts: Featured for April 2021 York Controls has Sylvania Brand T30U03376 in stock, original and quality replacement parts available for immediate shipment. Spare units by Semikron such as SKIIP22NAB12IT45 equipment made by Semikron have been added to our featured items. As a tip, you can find the entire Semikron products line-up in our inventory by simply searching for "Semikron" in the search box. Due to increase in client demand we have now also available T1601N35TOF made by Eupec as well as the popular SZ000032202501807700187 original spares produced by Hydropneu Servo Motors, Spindles, and Electric Motors Rewinding and Rebuilding. We have expanded capacity at our service centers to do complete overhauls of industrial electric motors and spindles. Refurbishment processes are held to stringent QA standards to adhere to or exceed manufacturer's specifications. Overhauls include motor bearing replacement, stator rewinding, and rebalancing. Additional overhaul and rebuilding capabilities of products such as the SKKL16114E by Semikron and SKIIP22NAB12IT45 spares by Semikron are also now also our York Scientific's line-up of service offerings. This also includes the original TPG2300 Spares made by industrial controls and automation manufacturer Helm. |
