COVID-19 April 2021 Update: Things have improved for many of our clients worldwide with the spread of COVID-19 apparently slowing down. Vaccinations have made significant inroads. Our dedicated teams at York Controls have been able to ramp up our service response times, with expedited shipment schedules nearly back to normal to meet clients' urgent demand for quality replacement parts and services. Our departments have continued operating at near normal production levels and our delivery and service schedules have not been significantly impacted. In addition to the Schweitzer Engineering 221F00-A256MHGB parts and service support, we are pleased to be able to add several new lines of products and services: Expanded Service and Repair Support for New Product Lines: We now offer support for discontinued Babcock products, including obsoleted and phased-out Abb parts and systems, as well as the all-new for 2021 Electric product line-up. Rolling out starting during the month of April and May of 2021 York is pleased to announce the addition of repair services for automation products made by industrial controls leader Babcock such as the 391369067 spares. Related to this we have added to our service line-up the 3HAB87971 manufactured by Abb and we are pleased to be able to service most Abb systems and parts. Due to increased demand we now feature 3N8100PS103A1 by Manufacturer Electric as well. York Scientific's New & Featured Automation Replacement Parts: Featured for April 2021 York Controls has Alfa-Laval Brand 3183050101 in stock, original and quality replacement parts available for immediate shipment. Spare units by Abb such as 3BSE010796R1 equipment made by Abb have been added to our featured items. As a tip, you can find the entire Abb products line-up in our inventory by simply searching for "Abb" in the search box. Due to increase in client demand we have now also available 2711K10C3X made by Allen-bradley as well as the popular 44A719363G01 original spares produced by Electric Servo Motors, Spindles, and Electric Motors Rewinding and Rebuilding. We have expanded capacity at our service centers to do complete overhauls of industrial electric motors and spindles. Refurbishment processes are held to stringent QA standards to adhere to or exceed manufacturer's specifications. Overhauls include motor bearing replacement, stator rewinding, and rebalancing. Additional overhaul and rebuilding capabilities of products such as the 2AIT2V by Foxboro and 3BSE010796R1 spares by Abb are also now also our York Scientific's line-up of service offerings. This also includes the original 3HAC160141 Spares made by industrial controls and automation manufacturer Abb. |
