COVID-19 April 2021 Update: Things have improved for many of our clients worldwide with the spread of COVID-19 apparently slowing down. Vaccinations have made significant inroads. Our dedicated teams at York Controls have been able to ramp up our service response times, with expedited shipment schedules nearly back to normal to meet clients' urgent demand for quality replacement parts and services. Our departments have continued operating at near normal production levels and our delivery and service schedules have not been significantly impacted. In addition to the Schweitzer 0701111XXX parts and service support, we are pleased to be able to add several new lines of products and services: Expanded Service and Repair Support for New Product Lines: We now offer support for discontinued Se-Electronic products, including obsoleted and phased-out Security-Door parts and systems, as well as the all-new for 2021 Sew-Eurodrive product line-up. Rolling out starting during the month of April and May of 2021 York is pleased to announce the addition of repair services for automation products made by industrial controls leader Se-Electronic such as the IPCIABMOD spares. Related to this we have added to our service line-up the 1511SNDKVDB manufactured by Security-Door and we are pleased to be able to service most Security-Door systems and parts. Due to increased demand we now feature MDX61B00085A3400 by Manufacturer Sew-Eurodrive as well. York Scientific's New & Featured Automation Replacement Parts: Featured for April 2021 York Controls has Sew-Eurodrive Brand MM05DBEMP22R02APG4MFPAVT2AWT2 in stock, original and quality replacement parts available for immediate shipment. Spare units by Setra such as 2091050PGZZ2906HHL equipment made by Setra have been added to our featured items. As a tip, you can find the entire Setra products line-up in our inventory by simply searching for "Setra" in the search box. Due to increase in client demand we have now also available SK68 made by Schwer+kopka as well as the popular MTF11A07503E20A15 original spares produced by Sew Servo Motors, Spindles, and Electric Motors Rewinding and Rebuilding. We have expanded capacity at our service centers to do complete overhauls of industrial electric motors and spindles. Refurbishment processes are held to stringent QA standards to adhere to or exceed manufacturer's specifications. Overhauls include motor bearing replacement, stator rewinding, and rebalancing. Additional overhaul and rebuilding capabilities of products such as the D52221 by Scott and 2091050PGZZ2906HHL spares by Setra are also now also our York Scientific's line-up of service offerings. This also includes the original 0351A003235B42X Spares made by industrial controls and automation manufacturer Schweitzer-Engineering-Laboratories. |
