COVID-19 April 2021 Update: Things have improved for many of our clients worldwide with the spread of COVID-19 apparently slowing down. Vaccinations have made significant inroads. Our dedicated teams at York Controls have been able to ramp up our service response times, with expedited shipment schedules nearly back to normal to meet clients' urgent demand for quality replacement parts and services. Our departments have continued operating at near normal production levels and our delivery and service schedules have not been significantly impacted. In addition to the Schunk PGN-300/1 370105 parts and service support, we are pleased to be able to add several new lines of products and services: Expanded Service and Repair Support for New Product Lines: We now offer support for discontinued Sigma products, including obsoleted and phased-out Siemens parts and systems, as well as the all-new for 2021 Siemens product line-up. Rolling out starting during the month of April and May of 2021 York is pleased to announce the addition of repair services for automation products made by industrial controls leader Sigma such as the S33HNNARNNM00 spares. Related to this we have added to our service line-up the 6SE31235DH40 manufactured by Siemens and we are pleased to be able to service most Siemens systems and parts. Due to increased demand we now feature 6SE70210EP50 by Manufacturer Siemens as well. York Scientific's New & Featured Automation Replacement Parts: Featured for April 2021 York Controls has Siemens Brand 6SE70260ED10 in stock, original and quality replacement parts available for immediate shipment. Spare units by Seek such as AS8852SX01 equipment made by Seek have been added to our featured items. As a tip, you can find the entire Seek products line-up in our inventory by simply searching for "Seek" in the search box. Due to increase in client demand we have now also available SEWDBG11B08 made by Sew as well as the popular 6ES59437UA11 original spares produced by Siemens Servo Motors, Spindles, and Electric Motors Rewinding and Rebuilding. We have expanded capacity at our service centers to do complete overhauls of industrial electric motors and spindles. Refurbishment processes are held to stringent QA standards to adhere to or exceed manufacturer's specifications. Overhauls include motor bearing replacement, stator rewinding, and rebalancing. Additional overhaul and rebuilding capabilities of products such as the D600240 by Siemens and AS8852SX01 spares by Seek are also now also our York Scientific's line-up of service offerings. This also includes the original MDX61B00372A3400 Spares made by industrial controls and automation manufacturer Sew. |
