COVID-19 April 2021 Update: Things have improved for many of our clients worldwide with the spread of COVID-19 apparently slowing down. Vaccinations have made significant inroads. Our dedicated teams at York Controls have been able to ramp up our service response times, with expedited shipment schedules nearly back to normal to meet clients' urgent demand for quality replacement parts and services. Our departments have continued operating at near normal production levels and our delivery and service schedules have not been significantly impacted. In addition to the Schunk OSE-A45-8-3007820 parts and service support, we are pleased to be able to add several new lines of products and services: Expanded Service and Repair Support for New Product Lines: We now offer support for discontinued Servo products, including obsoleted and phased-out Schunk parts and systems, as well as the all-new for 2021 Sensotec product line-up. Rolling out starting during the month of April and May of 2021 York is pleased to announce the addition of repair services for automation products made by industrial controls leader Servo such as the 3034PM spares. Related to this we have added to our service line-up the PGF100AS manufactured by Schunk and we are pleased to be able to service most Schunk systems and parts. Due to increased demand we now feature 060315703 by Manufacturer Sensotec as well. York Scientific's New & Featured Automation Replacement Parts: Featured for April 2021 York Controls has Servo Brand SVT7BL03 in stock, original and quality replacement parts available for immediate shipment. Spare units by Sepro such as 07S01003 equipment made by Sepro have been added to our featured items. As a tip, you can find the entire Sepro products line-up in our inventory by simply searching for "Sepro" in the search box. Due to increase in client demand we have now also available SEMIX303GD12Vc made by Semikron as well as the popular 73008086 original spares produced by Servo-Dynamics Servo Motors, Spindles, and Electric Motors Rewinding and Rebuilding. We have expanded capacity at our service centers to do complete overhauls of industrial electric motors and spindles. Refurbishment processes are held to stringent QA standards to adhere to or exceed manufacturer's specifications. Overhauls include motor bearing replacement, stator rewinding, and rebalancing. Additional overhaul and rebuilding capabilities of products such as the LTEB by Sew-Eurodrive and 07S01003 spares by Sepro are also now also our York Scientific's line-up of service offerings. This also includes the original FA45300WCCCC0012HS4 Spares made by industrial controls and automation manufacturer Sensopart. |
