COVID-19 April 2021 Update: Things have improved for many of our clients worldwide with the spread of COVID-19 apparently slowing down. Vaccinations have made significant inroads. Our dedicated teams at York Controls have been able to ramp up our service response times, with expedited shipment schedules nearly back to normal to meet clients' urgent demand for quality replacement parts and services. Our departments have continued operating at near normal production levels and our delivery and service schedules have not been significantly impacted. In addition to the Schunk 371459 parts and service support, we are pleased to be able to add several new lines of products and services:

Expanded Service and Repair Support for New Product Lines: We now offer support for discontinued Schunk products, including obsoleted and phased-out Sew-Eurodrive parts and systems, as well as the all-new for 2021 Scientific-Columbus product line-up. Rolling out starting during the month of April and May of 2021 York is pleased to announce the addition of repair services for automation products made by industrial controls leader Schunk such as the dpg spares. Related to this we have added to our service line-up the KF7 manufactured by Sew-Eurodrive and we are pleased to be able to service most Sew-Eurodrive systems and parts. Due to increased demand we now feature DL31K5A2670 by Manufacturer Scientific-Columbus as well.

York Scientific's New & Featured Automation Replacement Parts: Featured for April 2021 York Controls has Sekidenko-/-Eaton Brand 019000220 in stock, original and quality replacement parts available for immediate shipment. Spare units by Sew-Eurodrive such as 0G71 equipment made by Sew-Eurodrive have been added to our featured items. Due to increase in client demand we have now also available SDA4 made by Servocity as well as the popular C41 original spares produced by Seiko

Servo Motors, Spindles, and Electric Motors Rewinding and Rebuilding. We have expanded capacity at our service centers to do complete overhauls of industrial electric motors and spindles. Refurbishment processes are held to stringent QA standards to adhere to or exceed manufacturer's specifications. Overhauls include motor bearing replacement, stator rewinding, and rebalancing. Additional overhaul and rebuilding capabilities of products such as the JGP by Schunk and 0G71 spares by Sew-Eurodrive are also now also our York Scientific's line-up of service offerings. This also includes the original MPD52 Spares made by industrial controls and automation manufacturer Sealmaster.
