COVID-19 April 2021 Update: Things have improved for many of our clients worldwide with the spread of COVID-19 apparently slowing down. Vaccinations have made significant inroads. Our dedicated teams at York Controls have been able to ramp up our service response times, with expedited shipment schedules nearly back to normal to meet clients' urgent demand for quality replacement parts and services. Our departments have continued operating at near normal production levels and our delivery and service schedules have not been significantly impacted. In addition to the Schroeder TF38TZ10SMS5 parts and service support, we are pleased to be able to add several new lines of products and services: Expanded Service and Repair Support for New Product Lines: We now offer support for discontinued Amci products, including obsoleted and phased-out Witenstein parts and systems, as well as the all-new for 2021 Yaskawa product line-up. Rolling out starting during the month of April and May of 2021 York is pleased to announce the addition of repair services for automation products made by industrial controls leader Amci such as the SMD23E2130EM12P spares. Related to this we have added to our service line-up the SK100SMF250SK100SMF250 manufactured by Witenstein and we are pleased to be able to service most Witenstein systems and parts. Due to increased demand we now feature SGMPH02A1E4CD by Manufacturer Yaskawa as well. York Scientific's New & Featured Automation Replacement Parts: Featured for April 2021 York Controls has Nord Brand SK02040AZBH71L4SK71L4CUS in stock, original and quality replacement parts available for immediate shipment. Spare units by Moog such as SM23165MTPGA equipment made by Moog have been added to our featured items. As a tip, you can find the entire Moog products line-up in our inventory by simply searching for "Moog" in the search box. Due to increase in client demand we have now also available SGMCS07B3B11 made by Yaskawa as well as the popular SM07060010P145M1B0 original spares produced by Elau Servo Motors, Spindles, and Electric Motors Rewinding and Rebuilding. We have expanded capacity at our service centers to do complete overhauls of industrial electric motors and spindles. Refurbishment processes are held to stringent QA standards to adhere to or exceed manufacturer's specifications. Overhauls include motor bearing replacement, stator rewinding, and rebalancing. Additional overhaul and rebuilding capabilities of products such as the STROMAG by Stromag and SM23165MTPGA spares by Moog are also now also our York Scientific's line-up of service offerings. This also includes the original SL97A543MHRESMB Spares made by industrial controls and automation manufacturer Parker. |
