COVID-19 April 2021 Update: Things have improved for many of our clients worldwide with the spread of COVID-19 apparently slowing down. Vaccinations have made significant inroads. Our dedicated teams at York Controls have been able to ramp up our service response times, with expedited shipment schedules nearly back to normal to meet clients' urgent demand for quality replacement parts and services. Our departments have continued operating at near normal production levels and our delivery and service schedules have not been significantly impacted. In addition to the Schneider XBTNREQ3866G parts and service support, we are pleased to be able to add several new lines of products and services: Expanded Service and Repair Support for New Product Lines: We now offer support for discontinued Allen-bradley products, including obsoleted and phased-out Balluff parts and systems, as well as the all-new for 2021 Aro product line-up. Rolling out starting during the month of April and May of 2021 York is pleased to announce the addition of repair services for automation products made by industrial controls leader Allen-bradley such as the 22DJ9 spares. Related to this we have added to our service line-up the 813X518B06L1261A2206 manufactured by Balluff and we are pleased to be able to service most Balluff systems and parts. Due to increased demand we now feature 599161 by Manufacturer Aro as well. York Scientific's New & Featured Automation Replacement Parts: Featured for April 2021 York Controls has Allen-bradley Brand 2755G3 in stock, original and quality replacement parts available for immediate shipment. Spare units by Banner-Engineering such as XBF253SNTT equipment made by Banner-Engineering have been added to our featured items. As a tip, you can find the entire Banner-Engineering products line-up in our inventory by simply searching for "Banner-Engineering" in the search box. Due to increase in client demand we have now also available SLLCP23630P88 made by Banner as well as the popular 440LP4J0480YD original spares produced by Allen-bradley Servo Motors, Spindles, and Electric Motors Rewinding and Rebuilding. We have expanded capacity at our service centers to do complete overhauls of industrial electric motors and spindles. Refurbishment processes are held to stringent QA standards to adhere to or exceed manufacturer's specifications. Overhauls include motor bearing replacement, stator rewinding, and rebalancing. Additional overhaul and rebuilding capabilities of products such as the 2I3P2A30Q90AAGPX0BZ05 by Balluff and XBF253SNTT spares by Banner-Engineering are also now also our York Scientific's line-up of service offerings.
