COVID-19 April 2021 Update: Things have improved for many of our clients worldwide with the spread of COVID-19 apparently slowing down. Vaccinations have made significant inroads. Our dedicated teams at York Controls have been able to ramp up our service response times, with expedited shipment schedules nearly back to normal to meet clients' urgent demand for quality replacement parts and services. Our departments have continued operating at near normal production levels and our delivery and service schedules have not been significantly impacted. In addition to the Schneider XBTGT1130 3.8 parts and service support, we are pleased to be able to add several new lines of products and services: Expanded Service and Repair Support for New Product Lines: We now offer support for discontinued Ilsemann products, including obsoleted and phased-out Label-Aire parts and systems, as well as the all-new for 2021 Eagle product line-up. Rolling out starting during the month of April and May of 2021 York is pleased to announce the addition of repair services for automation products made by industrial controls leader Ilsemann such as the 216220224X240440VFDLCD spares. Related to this we have added to our service line-up the 00311003138 manufactured by Label-Aire and we are pleased to be able to service most Label-Aire systems and parts. Due to increased demand we now feature 146655598 by Manufacturer Eagle as well. York Scientific's New & Featured Automation Replacement Parts: Featured for April 2021 York Controls has Allen-Bradley Brand 1745TCATC in stock, original and quality replacement parts available for immediate shipment. Spare units by Num such as 216900002D equipment made by Num have been added to our featured items. As a tip, you can find the entire Num products line-up in our inventory by simply searching for "Num" in the search box. Due to increase in client demand we have now also available 100GUQ06S2R0 made by Uticor as well as the popular A951G0TSBDM3 original spares produced by Mitsubishi Servo Motors, Spindles, and Electric Motors Rewinding and Rebuilding. We have expanded capacity at our service centers to do complete overhauls of industrial electric motors and spindles. Refurbishment processes are held to stringent QA standards to adhere to or exceed manufacturer's specifications. Overhauls include motor bearing replacement, stator rewinding, and rebalancing. Additional overhaul and rebuilding capabilities of products such as the 20HIMC5SC by Allen-Bradley and 216900002D spares by Num are also now also our York Scientific's line-up of service offerings. This also includes the original 1585318 Spares made by industrial controls and automation manufacturer Siemens. |
