COVID-19 April 2021 Update: Things have improved for many of our clients worldwide with the spread of COVID-19 apparently slowing down. Vaccinations have made significant inroads. Our dedicated teams at York Controls have been able to ramp up our service response times, with expedited shipment schedules nearly back to normal to meet clients' urgent demand for quality replacement parts and services. Our departments have continued operating at near normal production levels and our delivery and service schedules have not been significantly impacted. In addition to the Schneider XAC-A08H7 parts and service support, we are pleased to be able to add several new lines of products and services: Expanded Service and Repair Support for New Product Lines: We now offer support for discontinued Allen-bradley products, including obsoleted and phased-out Banner-Engineering parts and systems, as well as the all-new for 2021 Square-D product line-up. Rolling out starting during the month of April and May of 2021 York is pleased to announce the addition of repair services for automation products made by industrial controls leader Allen-bradley such as the 845NSJHN4CJ41 spares. Related to this we have added to our service line-up the MAHE77A manufactured by Banner-Engineering and we are pleased to be able to service most Banner-Engineering systems and parts. Due to increased demand we now feature XBTE015010 by Manufacturer Square-D as well. York Scientific's New & Featured Automation Replacement Parts: Featured for April 2021 York Controls has Balluff Brand BRGE1WSE12 in stock, original and quality replacement parts available for immediate shipment. Spare units by Accu such as 802S20S1024 equipment made by Accu have been added to our featured items. As a tip, you can find the entire Accu products line-up in our inventory by simply searching for "Accu" in the search box. Due to increase in client demand we have now also available BTL5A11M0508PS32 made by Balluff as well as the popular M685T original spares produced by Avtron Servo Motors, Spindles, and Electric Motors Rewinding and Rebuilding. We have expanded capacity at our service centers to do complete overhauls of industrial electric motors and spindles. Refurbishment processes are held to stringent QA standards to adhere to or exceed manufacturer's specifications. Overhauls include motor bearing replacement, stator rewinding, and rebalancing. Additional overhaul and rebuilding capabilities of products such as the 440LT4K0640YD by Allen-bradley and 802S20S1024 spares by Accu are also now also our York Scientific's line-up of service offerings. This also includes the original 367U Spares made by industrial controls and automation manufacturer Adams. |
