COVID-19 April 2021 Update: Things have improved for many of our clients worldwide with the spread of COVID-19 apparently slowing down. Vaccinations have made significant inroads. Our dedicated teams at York Controls have been able to ramp up our service response times, with expedited shipment schedules nearly back to normal to meet clients' urgent demand for quality replacement parts and services. Our departments have continued operating at near normal production levels and our delivery and service schedules have not been significantly impacted. In addition to the Schneider SH30553P11A2000 parts and service support, we are pleased to be able to add several new lines of products and services: Expanded Service and Repair Support for New Product Lines: We now offer support for discontinued Yaskawa products, including obsoleted and phased-out Lincoln parts and systems, as well as the all-new for 2021 Stearns product line-up. Rolling out starting during the month of April and May of 2021 York is pleased to announce the addition of repair services for automation products made by industrial controls leader Yaskawa such as the SGMGH20ACA61 spares. Related to this we have added to our service line-up the SD4P100TSC61Y manufactured by Lincoln and we are pleased to be able to service most Lincoln systems and parts. Due to increased demand we now feature Series8770010877xxREVC by Manufacturer Stearns as well. York Scientific's New & Featured Automation Replacement Parts: Featured for April 2021 York Controls has Yaskawa Brand SGMD40AWAYR13 in stock, original and quality replacement parts available for immediate shipment. Spare units by Marbaise-Dortmund such as saf1854 equipment made by Marbaise-Dortmund have been added to our featured items. As a tip, you can find the entire Marbaise-Dortmund products line-up in our inventory by simply searching for "Marbaise-Dortmund" in the search box. Due to increase in client demand we have now also available SBY154FHA made by Sterling as well as the popular SGMAHA3A1F41 original spares produced by Yasakawa Servo Motors, Spindles, and Electric Motors Rewinding and Rebuilding. We have expanded capacity at our service centers to do complete overhauls of industrial electric motors and spindles. Refurbishment processes are held to stringent QA standards to adhere to or exceed manufacturer's specifications. Overhauls include motor bearing replacement, stator rewinding, and rebalancing. Additional overhaul and rebuilding capabilities of products such as the SA47DRS71S4 by Sew and saf1854 spares by Marbaise-Dortmund are also now also our York Scientific's line-up of service offerings. This also includes the original SF4P40T6IY Spares made by industrial controls and automation manufacturer Lincoln. |
