COVID-19 April 2021 Update: Things have improved for many of our clients worldwide with the spread of COVID-19 apparently slowing down. Vaccinations have made significant inroads. Our dedicated teams at York Controls have been able to ramp up our service response times, with expedited shipment schedules nearly back to normal to meet clients' urgent demand for quality replacement parts and services. Our departments have continued operating at near normal production levels and our delivery and service schedules have not been significantly impacted. In addition to the Schneider LR9F5371 parts and service support, we are pleased to be able to add several new lines of products and services: Expanded Service and Repair Support for New Product Lines: We now offer support for discontinued Struthers-Dunn products, including obsoleted and phased-out Teledyne parts and systems, as well as the all-new for 2021 Te-Connectivity product line-up. Rolling out starting during the month of April and May of 2021 York is pleased to announce the addition of repair services for automation products made by industrial controls leader Struthers-Dunn such as the 425BXX18 spares. Related to this we have added to our service line-up the CCR38S160 manufactured by Teledyne and we are pleased to be able to service most Teledyne systems and parts. Due to increased demand we now feature T92S7A2224 by Manufacturer Te-Connectivity as well. York Scientific's New & Featured Automation Replacement Parts: Featured for April 2021 York Controls has Westinghouse Brand 1875281amp187589 in stock, original and quality replacement parts available for immediate shipment. Spare units by Schweitzer such as 0501203X561PXB equipment made by Schweitzer have been added to our featured items. As a tip, you can find the entire Schweitzer products line-up in our inventory by simply searching for "Schweitzer" in the search box. Due to increase in client demand we have now also available 3TK28271BB41 made by Siemens as well as the popular 17A1X0 original spares produced by Warrick Servo Motors, Spindles, and Electric Motors Rewinding and Rebuilding. We have expanded capacity at our service centers to do complete overhauls of industrial electric motors and spindles. Refurbishment processes are held to stringent QA standards to adhere to or exceed manufacturer's specifications. Overhauls include motor bearing replacement, stator rewinding, and rebalancing. Additional overhaul and rebuilding capabilities of products such as the 1H6D0 by Warrick and 0501203X561PXB spares by Schweitzer are also now also our York Scientific's line-up of service offerings. This also includes the original HDC200A160 Spares made by industrial controls and automation manufacturer Crydom. |
