COVID-19 April 2021 Update: Things have improved for many of our clients worldwide with the spread of COVID-19 apparently slowing down. Vaccinations have made significant inroads. Our dedicated teams at York Controls have been able to ramp up our service response times, with expedited shipment schedules nearly back to normal to meet clients' urgent demand for quality replacement parts and services. Our departments have continued operating at near normal production levels and our delivery and service schedules have not been significantly impacted. In addition to the Schneider HVM0270051200OB parts and service support, we are pleased to be able to add several new lines of products and services: Expanded Service and Repair Support for New Product Lines: We now offer support for discontinued Mts-Products products, including obsoleted and phased-out Ac-Technology parts and systems, as well as the all-new for 2021 Siemens product line-up. Rolling out starting during the month of April and May of 2021 York is pleased to announce the addition of repair services for automation products made by industrial controls leader Mts-Products such as the MPA50460177 spares. Related to this we have added to our service line-up the MH450BF14 manufactured by Ac-Technology and we are pleased to be able to service most Ac-Technology systems and parts. Due to increased demand we now feature MD63B800 by Manufacturer Siemens as well. York Scientific's New & Featured Automation Replacement Parts: Featured for April 2021 York Controls has Omron Brand NJ3011200 in stock, original and quality replacement parts available for immediate shipment. Spare units by Mro such as P1137A180480 equipment made by Mro have been added to our featured items. As a tip, you can find the entire Mro products line-up in our inventory by simply searching for "Mro" in the search box. Due to increase in client demand we have now also available IC698CPE010 made by Ge-Fanuc as well as the popular NS32CK original spares produced by Toyoda Servo Motors, Spindles, and Electric Motors Rewinding and Rebuilding. We have expanded capacity at our service centers to do complete overhauls of industrial electric motors and spindles. Refurbishment processes are held to stringent QA standards to adhere to or exceed manufacturer's specifications. Overhauls include motor bearing replacement, stator rewinding, and rebalancing. Additional overhaul and rebuilding capabilities of products such as the NPL8320A186E by Asco and P1137A180480 spares by Mro are also now also our York Scientific's line-up of service offerings. This also includes the original output240500vdc Spares made by industrial controls and automation manufacturer Reliance-Electric. |
