COVID-19 April 2021 Update: Things have improved for many of our clients worldwide with the spread of COVID-19 apparently slowing down. Vaccinations have made significant inroads. Our dedicated teams at York Controls have been able to ramp up our service response times, with expedited shipment schedules nearly back to normal to meet clients' urgent demand for quality replacement parts and services. Our departments have continued operating at near normal production levels and our delivery and service schedules have not been significantly impacted. In addition to the Schneider HMISTU855 parts and service support, we are pleased to be able to add several new lines of products and services: Expanded Service and Repair Support for New Product Lines: We now offer support for discontinued Intelligent-Instrumentation products, including obsoleted and phased-out Beijer parts and systems, as well as the all-new for 2021 Nec product line-up. Rolling out starting during the month of April and May of 2021 York is pleased to announce the addition of repair services for automation products made by industrial controls leader Intelligent-Instrumentation such as the LP5030010L0 spares. Related to this we have added to our service line-up the MTA100 manufactured by Beijer and we are pleased to be able to service most Beijer systems and parts. Due to increased demand we now feature LCD51VBK by Manufacturer Nec as well. York Scientific's New & Featured Automation Replacement Parts: Featured for April 2021 York Controls has Klockner-Moeller Brand MI4101KC1 in stock, original and quality replacement parts available for immediate shipment. Spare units by Cimplicity such as IC752WFB252C equipment made by Cimplicity have been added to our featured items. As a tip, you can find the entire Cimplicity products line-up in our inventory by simply searching for "Cimplicity" in the search box. Due to increase in client demand we have now also available KDP3640ECA23GF made by Komatsu as well as the popular MPC1A12 original spares produced by Cutler-Hammer Servo Motors, Spindles, and Electric Motors Rewinding and Rebuilding. We have expanded capacity at our service centers to do complete overhauls of industrial electric motors and spindles. Refurbishment processes are held to stringent QA standards to adhere to or exceed manufacturer's specifications. Overhauls include motor bearing replacement, stator rewinding, and rebalancing. Additional overhaul and rebuilding capabilities of products such as the JANCDCG26 by Yasakawa and IC752WFB252C spares by Cimplicity are also now also our York Scientific's line-up of service offerings. This also includes the original INX8500 Spares made by industrial controls and automation manufacturer Ann-Arbor. |
