COVID-19 April 2021 Update: Things have improved for many of our clients worldwide with the spread of COVID-19 apparently slowing down. Vaccinations have made significant inroads. Our dedicated teams at York Controls have been able to ramp up our service response times, with expedited shipment schedules nearly back to normal to meet clients' urgent demand for quality replacement parts and services. Our departments have continued operating at near normal production levels and our delivery and service schedules have not been significantly impacted. In addition to the Schneider HMIGTO6310 parts and service support, we are pleased to be able to add several new lines of products and services: Expanded Service and Repair Support for New Product Lines: We now offer support for discontinued Forry products, including obsoleted and phased-out Orbisphere-Laboratories parts and systems, as well as the all-new for 2021 Nematron product line-up. Rolling out starting during the month of April and May of 2021 York is pleased to announce the addition of repair services for automation products made by industrial controls leader Forry such as the 9810232310 spares. Related to this we have added to our service line-up the 26506 manufactured by Orbisphere-Laboratories and we are pleased to be able to service most Orbisphere-Laboratories systems and parts. Due to increased demand we now feature ICC5000PC1 by Manufacturer Nematron as well. York Scientific's New & Featured Automation Replacement Parts: Featured for April 2021 York Controls has Yokogawa Brand IC200GUEASCT in stock, original and quality replacement parts available for immediate shipment. Spare units by Quick-Panel such as 288004501GP2500TC4124V equipment made by Quick-Panel have been added to our featured items. As a tip, you can find the entire Quick-Panel products line-up in our inventory by simply searching for "Quick-Panel" in the search box. Due to increase in client demand we have now also available AY56930B made by Flowserve as well as the popular F400F40102009 original spares produced by Keb Servo Motors, Spindles, and Electric Motors Rewinding and Rebuilding. We have expanded capacity at our service centers to do complete overhauls of industrial electric motors and spindles. Refurbishment processes are held to stringent QA standards to adhere to or exceed manufacturer's specifications. Overhauls include motor bearing replacement, stator rewinding, and rebalancing. Additional overhaul and rebuilding capabilities of products such as the IWS2011T012 by Nematron and 288004501GP2500TC4124V spares by Quick-Panel are also now also our York Scientific's line-up of service offerings. This also includes the original GT1585STBD Spares made by industrial controls and automation manufacturer Mitsubishi. |
