COVID-19 April 2021 Update: Things have improved for many of our clients worldwide with the spread of COVID-19 apparently slowing down. Vaccinations have made significant inroads. Our dedicated teams at York Controls have been able to ramp up our service response times, with expedited shipment schedules nearly back to normal to meet clients' urgent demand for quality replacement parts and services. Our departments have continued operating at near normal production levels and our delivery and service schedules have not been significantly impacted. In addition to the Schneider D-55543 parts and service support, we are pleased to be able to add several new lines of products and services: Expanded Service and Repair Support for New Product Lines: We now offer support for discontinued Leeson products, including obsoleted and phased-out Cmc parts and systems, as well as the all-new for 2021 Baldor product line-up. Rolling out starting during the month of April and May of 2021 York is pleased to announce the addition of repair services for automation products made by industrial controls leader Leeson such as the C6C11DB3D spares. Related to this we have added to our service line-up the C41BS0A12B00000 manufactured by Cmc and we are pleased to be able to service most Cmc systems and parts. Due to increased demand we now feature BSM80B175BA by Manufacturer Baldor as well. York Scientific's New & Featured Automation Replacement Parts: Featured for April 2021 York Controls has Num-Servomac Brand BMS19023630L in stock, original and quality replacement parts available for immediate shipment. Spare units by Sumitomo such as CNHM08401HYAB71 equipment made by Sumitomo have been added to our featured items. As a tip, you can find the entire Sumitomo products line-up in our inventory by simply searching for "Sumitomo" in the search box. Due to increase in client demand we have now also available C4D17WK2F made by Leeson as well as the popular cr1f265 original spares produced by Telemecanique Servo Motors, Spindles, and Electric Motors Rewinding and Rebuilding. We have expanded capacity at our service centers to do complete overhauls of industrial electric motors and spindles. Refurbishment processes are held to stringent QA standards to adhere to or exceed manufacturer's specifications. Overhauls include motor bearing replacement, stator rewinding, and rebalancing. Additional overhaul and rebuilding capabilities of products such as the CDE40HPICD by Control-Techniques and CNHM08401HYAB71 spares by Sumitomo are also now also our York Scientific's line-up of service offerings. This also includes the original bTS20132019 Spares made by industrial controls and automation manufacturer Tai-Shi. |
