COVID-19 April 2021 Update: Things have improved for many of our clients worldwide with the spread of COVID-19 apparently slowing down. Vaccinations have made significant inroads. Our dedicated teams at York Controls have been able to ramp up our service response times, with expedited shipment schedules nearly back to normal to meet clients' urgent demand for quality replacement parts and services. Our departments have continued operating at near normal production levels and our delivery and service schedules have not been significantly impacted. In addition to the Schneider ATV71HD75N4Z parts and service support, we are pleased to be able to add several new lines of products and services: Expanded Service and Repair Support for New Product Lines: We now offer support for discontinued Siemens products, including obsoleted and phased-out Schneider parts and systems, as well as the all-new for 2021 Sew product line-up. Rolling out starting during the month of April and May of 2021 York is pleased to announce the addition of repair services for automation products made by industrial controls leader Siemens such as the 6SC61120AA00 spares. Related to this we have added to our service line-up the SFD212MG4YB07D07 manufactured by Schneider and we are pleased to be able to service most Schneider systems and parts. Due to increased demand we now feature D76646 by Manufacturer Sew as well. York Scientific's New & Featured Automation Replacement Parts: Featured for April 2021 York Controls has Siemens Brand 6RA22308DV71 in stock, original and quality replacement parts available for immediate shipment. Spare units by Sieb--Meyer such as 264428CCS12264428CCS12 equipment made by Sieb--Meyer have been added to our featured items. As a tip, you can find the entire Sieb--Meyer products line-up in our inventory by simply searching for "Sieb--Meyer" in the search box. Due to increase in client demand we have now also available A1116250503 made by Siemens as well as the popular 6SE70161EA20Z original spares produced by Siemens Servo Motors, Spindles, and Electric Motors Rewinding and Rebuilding. We have expanded capacity at our service centers to do complete overhauls of industrial electric motors and spindles. Refurbishment processes are held to stringent QA standards to adhere to or exceed manufacturer's specifications. Overhauls include motor bearing replacement, stator rewinding, and rebalancing. Additional overhaul and rebuilding capabilities of products such as the MDS60A00755A3406 by Sew and 264428CCS12264428CCS12 spares by Sieb--Meyer are also now also our York Scientific's line-up of service offerings. This also includes the original MV54711 Spares made by industrial controls and automation manufacturer Sick. |
