COVID-19 April 2021 Update: Things have improved for many of our clients worldwide with the spread of COVID-19 apparently slowing down. Vaccinations have made significant inroads. Our dedicated teams at York Controls have been able to ramp up our service response times, with expedited shipment schedules nearly back to normal to meet clients' urgent demand for quality replacement parts and services. Our departments have continued operating at near normal production levels and our delivery and service schedules have not been significantly impacted. In addition to the Schneider ATV58EU18NF parts and service support, we are pleased to be able to add several new lines of products and services: Expanded Service and Repair Support for New Product Lines: We now offer support for discontinued Schneider products, including obsoleted and phased-out Siemens parts and systems, as well as the all-new for 2021 Siemens product line-up. Related to this we have added to our service line-up the DCSC79451Z1359U9 manufactured by Siemens and we are pleased to be able to service most Siemens systems and parts. Due to increased demand we now feature 6RA70756FV620ZX01 by Manufacturer Siemens as well. York Scientific's New & Featured Automation Replacement Parts: Featured for April 2021 York Controls has Schneider Brand ATV71HU40N4Z in stock, original and quality replacement parts available for immediate shipment. Spare units by Sew such as MCF40A01105A3400MCF40A00 equipment made by Sew have been added to our featured items. As a tip, you can find the entire Sew products line-up in our inventory by simply searching for "Sew" in the search box. Due to increase in client demand we have now also available ATV212WU75N4 made by Schneider as well as the popular 6SN11231AA000HA0 original spares produced by Siemens Servo Motors, Spindles, and Electric Motors Rewinding and Rebuilding. We have expanded capacity at our service centers to do complete overhauls of industrial electric motors and spindles. Refurbishment processes are held to stringent QA standards to adhere to or exceed manufacturer's specifications. Overhauls include motor bearing replacement, stator rewinding, and rebalancing. Additional overhaul and rebuilding capabilities of products such as the 6SN11461BB020CA1 by Siemens and MCF40A01105A3400MCF40A00 spares by Sew are also now also our York Scientific's line-up of service offerings. This also includes the original 6SN27033AA100BA1 Spares made by industrial controls and automation manufacturer Siemens. |
