COVID-19 April 2021 Update: Things have improved for many of our clients worldwide with the spread of COVID-19 apparently slowing down. Vaccinations have made significant inroads. Our dedicated teams at York Controls have been able to ramp up our service response times, with expedited shipment schedules nearly back to normal to meet clients' urgent demand for quality replacement parts and services. Our departments have continued operating at near normal production levels and our delivery and service schedules have not been significantly impacted. In addition to the Schneider ATV320U30M3C parts and service support, we are pleased to be able to add several new lines of products and services: Expanded Service and Repair Support for New Product Lines: We now offer support for discontinued See-Pictures products, including obsoleted and phased-out Schneider parts and systems, as well as the all-new for 2021 Schunk product line-up. Rolling out starting during the month of April and May of 2021 York is pleased to announce the addition of repair services for automation products made by industrial controls leader See-Pictures such as the BDIH1010 spares. Related to this we have added to our service line-up the ATV61HD15N4Z manufactured by Schneider and we are pleased to be able to service most Schneider systems and parts. Due to increased demand we now feature SRU20W18034V by Manufacturer Schunk as well. York Scientific's New & Featured Automation Replacement Parts: Featured for April 2021 York Controls has Schweitzer-Engineering Brand 321326256HNB536 in stock, original and quality replacement parts available for immediate shipment. Spare units by Schwarzmuller such as 11076228 equipment made by Schwarzmuller have been added to our featured items. As a tip, you can find the entire Schwarzmuller products line-up in our inventory by simply searching for "Schwarzmuller" in the search box. Due to increase in client demand we have now also available 3255010410 made by Sencon as well as the popular 188A1B168B original spares produced by Scitex Servo Motors, Spindles, and Electric Motors Rewinding and Rebuilding. We have expanded capacity at our service centers to do complete overhauls of industrial electric motors and spindles. Refurbishment processes are held to stringent QA standards to adhere to or exceed manufacturer's specifications. Overhauls include motor bearing replacement, stator rewinding, and rebalancing. Additional overhaul and rebuilding capabilities of products such as the 60WKSM240220 by Seidel and 11076228 spares by Schwarzmuller are also now also our York Scientific's line-up of service offerings. This also includes the original TS5016N122 Spares made by industrial controls and automation manufacturer Seiki. |
