COVID-19 April 2021 Update: Things have improved for many of our clients worldwide with the spread of COVID-19 apparently slowing down. Vaccinations have made significant inroads. Our dedicated teams at York Controls have been able to ramp up our service response times, with expedited shipment schedules nearly back to normal to meet clients' urgent demand for quality replacement parts and services. Our departments have continued operating at near normal production levels and our delivery and service schedules have not been significantly impacted. In addition to the Schneider ATV212HU30M3X parts and service support, we are pleased to be able to add several new lines of products and services: Expanded Service and Repair Support for New Product Lines: We now offer support for discontinued Siemens products, including obsoleted and phased-out Siemens parts and systems, as well as the all-new for 2021 Seco product line-up. Rolling out starting during the month of April and May of 2021 York is pleased to announce the addition of repair services for automation products made by industrial controls leader Siemens such as the 6RA70756FV620ZX01 spares. Related to this we have added to our service line-up the 6SL31000BE312AB0 manufactured by Siemens and we are pleased to be able to service most Siemens systems and parts. Due to increased demand we now feature VCD75 by Manufacturer Seco as well. York Scientific's New & Featured Automation Replacement Parts: Featured for April 2021 York Controls has Siemens Brand 6RA22218DD2016RA22218DD201 in stock, original and quality replacement parts available for immediate shipment. Spare units by Schneider such as ATV312HU22M2 equipment made by Schneider have been added to our featured items. As a tip, you can find the entire Schneider products line-up in our inventory by simply searching for "Schneider" in the search box. Due to increase in client demand we have now also available TTD20476000 made by Siemens as well as the popular Servomex700346 original spares produced by Servomex-700346 Servo Motors, Spindles, and Electric Motors Rewinding and Rebuilding. We have expanded capacity at our service centers to do complete overhauls of industrial electric motors and spindles. Refurbishment processes are held to stringent QA standards to adhere to or exceed manufacturer's specifications. Overhauls include motor bearing replacement, stator rewinding, and rebalancing. Additional overhaul and rebuilding capabilities of products such as the MCH41A00305A340T by Sew and ATV312HU22M2 spares by Schneider are also now also our York Scientific's line-up of service offerings. This also includes the original 6FC41001AA00Z Spares made by industrial controls and automation manufacturer Siemens. |
