COVID-19 April 2021 Update: Things have improved for many of our clients worldwide with the spread of COVID-19 apparently slowing down. Vaccinations have made significant inroads. Our dedicated teams at York Controls have been able to ramp up our service response times, with expedited shipment schedules nearly back to normal to meet clients' urgent demand for quality replacement parts and services. Our departments have continued operating at near normal production levels and our delivery and service schedules have not been significantly impacted. In addition to the Schneider 39606U parts and service support, we are pleased to be able to add several new lines of products and services: Expanded Service and Repair Support for New Product Lines: We now offer support for discontinued Schrader products, including obsoleted and phased-out Schunk parts and systems, as well as the all-new for 2021 Schrader product line-up. Rolling out starting during the month of April and May of 2021 York is pleased to announce the addition of repair services for automation products made by industrial controls leader Schrader such as the 0400C4MA2US14A16000 spares. Related to this we have added to our service line-up the OSEC140 manufactured by Schunk and we are pleased to be able to service most Schunk systems and parts. Due to increased demand we now feature 3DL1P100 by Manufacturer Schrader as well. York Scientific's New & Featured Automation Replacement Parts: Featured for April 2021 York Controls has Schunk Brand PGN2001 in stock, original and quality replacement parts available for immediate shipment. Spare units by Selco-Flexgen such as C65000010 equipment made by Selco-Flexgen have been added to our featured items. As a tip, you can find the entire Selco-Flexgen products line-up in our inventory by simply searching for "Selco-Flexgen" in the search box. Due to increase in client demand we have now also available RFB made by Sealmaster as well as the popular SDF1525 original spares produced by Servo-Dynamics Servo Motors, Spindles, and Electric Motors Rewinding and Rebuilding. We have expanded capacity at our service centers to do complete overhauls of industrial electric motors and spindles. Refurbishment processes are held to stringent QA standards to adhere to or exceed manufacturer's specifications. Overhauls include motor bearing replacement, stator rewinding, and rebalancing. Additional overhaul and rebuilding capabilities of products such as the 2009317321 by Schweitzer-Engineering-Laboratories and C65000010 spares by Selco-Flexgen are also now also our York Scientific's line-up of service offerings.
