COVID-19 April 2021 Update: Things have improved for many of our clients worldwide with the spread of COVID-19 apparently slowing down. Vaccinations have made significant inroads. Our dedicated teams at York Controls have been able to ramp up our service response times, with expedited shipment schedules nearly back to normal to meet clients' urgent demand for quality replacement parts and services. Our departments have continued operating at near normal production levels and our delivery and service schedules have not been significantly impacted. In addition to the Schneider 170ENT11001 parts and service support, we are pleased to be able to add several new lines of products and services: Expanded Service and Repair Support for New Product Lines: We now offer support for discontinued Allen-Bradley products, including obsoleted and phased-out Escort-Memory-Systems parts and systems, as well as the all-new for 2021 Omron product line-up. Rolling out starting during the month of April and May of 2021 York is pleased to announce the addition of repair services for automation products made by industrial controls leader Allen-Bradley such as the 2711PK15C4A1A spares. Related to this we have added to our service line-up the MM80 manufactured by Escort-Memory-Systems and we are pleased to be able to service most Escort-Memory-Systems systems and parts. Due to increased demand we now feature NS5MQ00BV2 by Manufacturer Omron as well. York Scientific's New & Featured Automation Replacement Parts: Featured for April 2021 York Controls has Siemens Brand 6ES59100AA316ES59100AA312K in stock, original and quality replacement parts available for immediate shipment. Spare units by Toshiba such as TC64DON equipment made by Toshiba have been added to our featured items. As a tip, you can find the entire Toshiba products line-up in our inventory by simply searching for "Toshiba" in the search box. Due to increase in client demand we have now also available 6176M15PNSerC1550M made by Allen-Bradley as well as the popular S56ES53750LC31 original spares produced by Siemens Servo Motors, Spindles, and Electric Motors Rewinding and Rebuilding. We have expanded capacity at our service centers to do complete overhauls of industrial electric motors and spindles. Refurbishment processes are held to stringent QA standards to adhere to or exceed manufacturer's specifications. Overhauls include motor bearing replacement, stator rewinding, and rebalancing. Additional overhaul and rebuilding capabilities of products such as the BR204 by Square-D and TC64DON spares by Toshiba are also now also our York Scientific's line-up of service offerings. This also includes the original SRT2OD16 Spares made by industrial controls and automation manufacturer Omron. |
