COVID-19 April 2021 Update: Things have improved for many of our clients worldwide with the spread of COVID-19 apparently slowing down. Vaccinations have made significant inroads. Our dedicated teams at York Controls have been able to ramp up our service response times, with expedited shipment schedules nearly back to normal to meet clients' urgent demand for quality replacement parts and services. Our departments have continued operating at near normal production levels and our delivery and service schedules have not been significantly impacted. In addition to the Schmersal LSS3002110 parts and service support, we are pleased to be able to add several new lines of products and services: Expanded Service and Repair Support for New Product Lines: We now offer support for discontinued Indramat products, including obsoleted and phased-out Omicron parts and systems, as well as the all-new for 2021 Bay-Networks product line-up. Rolling out starting during the month of April and May of 2021 York is pleased to announce the addition of repair services for automation products made by industrial controls leader Indramat such as the MAC090B0PD4C110R0W1520LVS001 spares. Related to this we have added to our service line-up the OPS18 manufactured by Omicron and we are pleased to be able to service most Omicron systems and parts. Due to increased demand we now feature MODEL5005 by Manufacturer Bay-Networks as well. York Scientific's New & Featured Automation Replacement Parts: Featured for April 2021 York Controls has Total-Control Brand MMS2236100C1A in stock, original and quality replacement parts available for immediate shipment. Spare units by Siemens such as LTMODULINT200A equipment made by Siemens have been added to our featured items. As a tip, you can find the entire Siemens products line-up in our inventory by simply searching for "Siemens" in the search box. Due to increase in client demand we have now also available MAC112C0ED4C130A0WI520LVS005 made by Rexroth as well as the popular MCR1318 original spares produced by Itr Servo Motors, Spindles, and Electric Motors Rewinding and Rebuilding. We have expanded capacity at our service centers to do complete overhauls of industrial electric motors and spindles. Refurbishment processes are held to stringent QA standards to adhere to or exceed manufacturer's specifications. Overhauls include motor bearing replacement, stator rewinding, and rebalancing. Additional overhaul and rebuilding capabilities of products such as the MDS60A0300503400 by Sew-Eurodrive and LTMODULINT200A spares by Siemens are also now also our York Scientific's line-up of service offerings. This also includes the original MAC063D0JS3C095B0S001 Spares made by industrial controls and automation manufacturer Indramat. |
