COVID-19 April 2021 Update: Things have improved for many of our clients worldwide with the spread of COVID-19 apparently slowing down. Vaccinations have made significant inroads. Our dedicated teams at York Controls have been able to ramp up our service response times, with expedited shipment schedules nearly back to normal to meet clients' urgent demand for quality replacement parts and services. Our departments have continued operating at near normal production levels and our delivery and service schedules have not been significantly impacted. In addition to the Schmersal AZM200CC-T-1P2PA parts and service support, we are pleased to be able to add several new lines of products and services: Expanded Service and Repair Support for New Product Lines: We now offer support for discontinued Serco products, including obsoleted and phased-out Schutte parts and systems, as well as the all-new for 2021 Schunk product line-up. Rolling out starting during the month of April and May of 2021 York is pleased to announce the addition of repair services for automation products made by industrial controls leader Serco such as the 2515274 spares. Related to this we have added to our service line-up the 540552253000 manufactured by Schutte and we are pleased to be able to service most Schutte systems and parts. Due to increased demand we now feature 301580 by Manufacturer Schunk as well. York Scientific's New & Featured Automation Replacement Parts: Featured for April 2021 York Controls has Senix Brand TSPC in stock, original and quality replacement parts available for immediate shipment. Spare units by Sensirion such as EKH4FLEX equipment made by Sensirion have been added to our featured items. As a tip, you can find the entire Sensirion products line-up in our inventory by simply searching for "Sensirion" in the search box. Due to increase in client demand we have now also available A06B0153B089 made by Servo as well as the popular SPM original spares produced by Seal-Master Servo Motors, Spindles, and Electric Motors Rewinding and Rebuilding. We have expanded capacity at our service centers to do complete overhauls of industrial electric motors and spindles. Refurbishment processes are held to stringent QA standards to adhere to or exceed manufacturer's specifications. Overhauls include motor bearing replacement, stator rewinding, and rebalancing. Additional overhaul and rebuilding capabilities of products such as the RB4043 by Seal-master and EKH4FLEX spares by Sensirion are also now also our York Scientific's line-up of service offerings. This also includes the original CT7N01GU0 Spares made by industrial controls and automation manufacturer Sensor-Technics. |
