COVID-19 April 2021 Update: Things have improved for many of our clients worldwide with the spread of COVID-19 apparently slowing down. Vaccinations have made significant inroads. Our dedicated teams at York Controls have been able to ramp up our service response times, with expedited shipment schedules nearly back to normal to meet clients' urgent demand for quality replacement parts and services. Our departments have continued operating at near normal production levels and our delivery and service schedules have not been significantly impacted. In addition to the Scheider Electric LC1D18B7 parts and service support, we are pleased to be able to add several new lines of products and services: Expanded Service and Repair Support for New Product Lines: We now offer support for discontinued Telemecanique products, including obsoleted and phased-out George-Fischer parts and systems, as well as the all-new for 2021 Fuji product line-up. Rolling out starting during the month of April and May of 2021 York is pleased to announce the addition of repair services for automation products made by industrial controls leader Telemecanique such as the LP2D12004EDORLP2D12004 spares. Related to this we have added to our service line-up the TYPE346 manufactured by George-Fischer and we are pleased to be able to service most George-Fischer systems and parts. Due to increased demand we now feature SZGSN8200 by Manufacturer Fuji as well. York Scientific's New & Featured Automation Replacement Parts: Featured for April 2021 York Controls has Abb Brand OS30ACC12 in stock, original and quality replacement parts available for immediate shipment. Spare units by Square-D such as SMG1 equipment made by Square-D have been added to our featured items. As a tip, you can find the entire Square-D products line-up in our inventory by simply searching for "Square-D" in the search box. Due to increase in client demand we have now also available YASDB53 made by Abb as well as the popular UKC10403 original spares produced by Yagi Servo Motors, Spindles, and Electric Motors Rewinding and Rebuilding. We have expanded capacity at our service centers to do complete overhauls of industrial electric motors and spindles. Refurbishment processes are held to stringent QA standards to adhere to or exceed manufacturer's specifications. Overhauls include motor bearing replacement, stator rewinding, and rebalancing. Additional overhaul and rebuilding capabilities of products such as the NS100160250 by Merlin and SMG1 spares by Square-D are also now also our York Scientific's line-up of service offerings. This also includes the original SK35 Spares made by industrial controls and automation manufacturer Mitsubishi. |
