COVID-19 April 2021 Update: Things have improved for many of our clients worldwide with the spread of COVID-19 apparently slowing down. Vaccinations have made significant inroads. Our dedicated teams at York Controls have been able to ramp up our service response times, with expedited shipment schedules nearly back to normal to meet clients' urgent demand for quality replacement parts and services. Our departments have continued operating at near normal production levels and our delivery and service schedules have not been significantly impacted. In addition to the Schaevitz GCD-121-2000-1283 parts and service support, we are pleased to be able to add several new lines of products and services: Expanded Service and Repair Support for New Product Lines: We now offer support for discontinued Schunk products, including obsoleted and phased-out Sem parts and systems, as well as the all-new for 2021 Sencon product line-up. Rolling out starting during the month of April and May of 2021 York is pleased to announce the addition of repair services for automation products made by industrial controls leader Schunk such as the PZN1002IS spares. Related to this we have added to our service line-up the MT40W490 manufactured by Sem and we are pleased to be able to service most Sem systems and parts. Due to increased demand we now feature 3255010410 by Manufacturer Sencon as well. York Scientific's New & Featured Automation Replacement Parts: Featured for April 2021 York Controls has Schunk Brand 30010310 in stock, original and quality replacement parts available for immediate shipment. Spare units by Sensotec such as 060G30002 equipment made by Sensotec have been added to our featured items. As a tip, you can find the entire Sensotec products line-up in our inventory by simply searching for "Sensotec" in the search box. Due to increase in client demand we have now also available G6651S made by Seiko as well as the popular SVS0501A original spares produced by Scientific-Value-Solutions Servo Motors, Spindles, and Electric Motors Rewinding and Rebuilding. We have expanded capacity at our service centers to do complete overhauls of industrial electric motors and spindles. Refurbishment processes are held to stringent QA standards to adhere to or exceed manufacturer's specifications. Overhauls include motor bearing replacement, stator rewinding, and rebalancing. Additional overhaul and rebuilding capabilities of products such as the 40582U by Schweitzer and 060G30002 spares by Sensotec are also now also our York Scientific's line-up of service offerings. This also includes the original T260 Spares made by industrial controls and automation manufacturer Sensordata. |
