COVID-19 April 2021 Update: Things have improved for many of our clients worldwide with the spread of COVID-19 apparently slowing down. Vaccinations have made significant inroads. Our dedicated teams at York Controls have been able to ramp up our service response times, with expedited shipment schedules nearly back to normal to meet clients' urgent demand for quality replacement parts and services. Our departments have continued operating at near normal production levels and our delivery and service schedules have not been significantly impacted. In addition to the Schaevitz 02560921-000 HCI 5000 parts and service support, we are pleased to be able to add several new lines of products and services: Expanded Service and Repair Support for New Product Lines: We now offer support for discontinued Sick products, including obsoleted and phased-out Sensycon parts and systems, as well as the all-new for 2021 Schneider product line-up. Rolling out starting during the month of April and May of 2021 York is pleased to announce the addition of repair services for automation products made by industrial controls leader Sick such as the AT20DPM331 spares. Related to this we have added to our service line-up the SYCTXSLTPCF1 manufactured by Sensycon and we are pleased to be able to service most Sensycon systems and parts. Due to increased demand we now feature XUX0ARCTT16 by Manufacturer Schneider as well. York Scientific's New & Featured Automation Replacement Parts: Featured for April 2021 York Controls has Sick Brand KT3WP1115 in stock, original and quality replacement parts available for immediate shipment. Spare units by Sensall-Control such as RD307SSE30 equipment made by Sensall-Control have been added to our featured items. As a tip, you can find the entire Sensall-Control products line-up in our inventory by simply searching for "Sensall-Control" in the search box. Due to increase in client demand we have now also available AZM17002ZRKA made by Schmersal as well as the popular FA45300CCEAOCSHS4 original spares produced by Sensopart Servo Motors, Spindles, and Electric Motors Rewinding and Rebuilding. We have expanded capacity at our service centers to do complete overhauls of industrial electric motors and spindles. Refurbishment processes are held to stringent QA standards to adhere to or exceed manufacturer's specifications. Overhauls include motor bearing replacement, stator rewinding, and rebalancing. Additional overhaul and rebuilding capabilities of products such as the IEC6094751 by Schmersal and RD307SSE30 spares by Sensall-Control are also now also our York Scientific's line-up of service offerings. This also includes the original 1037435 Spares made by industrial controls and automation manufacturer Sick. |
