COVID-19 April 2021 Update: Things have improved for many of our clients worldwide with the spread of COVID-19 apparently slowing down. Vaccinations have made significant inroads. Our dedicated teams at York Controls have been able to ramp up our service response times, with expedited shipment schedules nearly back to normal to meet clients' urgent demand for quality replacement parts and services. Our departments have continued operating at near normal production levels and our delivery and service schedules have not been significantly impacted. In addition to the Scanivalve Corp SSD24C parts and service support, we are pleased to be able to add several new lines of products and services: Expanded Service and Repair Support for New Product Lines: We now offer support for discontinued Schunk products, including obsoleted and phased-out Schleuniger parts and systems, as well as the all-new for 2021 Sel product line-up. Rolling out starting during the month of April and May of 2021 York is pleased to announce the addition of repair services for automation products made by industrial controls leader Schunk such as the PGN160 spares. Related to this we have added to our service line-up the 407638E manufactured by Schleuniger and we are pleased to be able to service most Schleuniger systems and parts. Due to increased demand we now feature SEL751751302 by Manufacturer Sel as well. York Scientific's New & Featured Automation Replacement Parts: Featured for April 2021 York Controls has Servo-Dynamics Brand SDSMPS1625 in stock, original and quality replacement parts available for immediate shipment. Spare units by Semipower such as BDM1001DCHWC00S equipment made by Semipower have been added to our featured items. As a tip, you can find the entire Semipower products line-up in our inventory by simply searching for "Semipower" in the search box. Due to increase in client demand we have now also available AGEZ050 made by Schunk as well as the popular E7X416TY2 original spares produced by Seedsware-Corporation Servo Motors, Spindles, and Electric Motors Rewinding and Rebuilding. We have expanded capacity at our service centers to do complete overhauls of industrial electric motors and spindles. Refurbishment processes are held to stringent QA standards to adhere to or exceed manufacturer's specifications. Overhauls include motor bearing replacement, stator rewinding, and rebalancing. Additional overhaul and rebuilding capabilities of products such as the SVS0501A by Scientific-Value-Solutions and BDM1001DCHWC00S spares by Semipower are also now also our York Scientific's line-up of service offerings. This also includes the original BMR Spares made by industrial controls and automation manufacturer Sem. |
