COVID-19 April 2021 Update: Things have improved for many of our clients worldwide with the spread of COVID-19 apparently slowing down. Vaccinations have made significant inroads. Our dedicated teams at York Controls have been able to ramp up our service response times, with expedited shipment schedules nearly back to normal to meet clients' urgent demand for quality replacement parts and services. Our departments have continued operating at near normal production levels and our delivery and service schedules have not been significantly impacted. In addition to the Scaglia 001654U parts and service support, we are pleased to be able to add several new lines of products and services:

Expanded Service and Repair Support for New Product Lines: We now offer support for discontinued Schunk products, including obsoleted and phased-out Scc parts and systems, as well as the all-new for 2021 Schunk product line-up. Rolling out starting during the month of April and May of 2021 York is pleased to announce the addition of repair services for automation products made by industrial controls leader Schunk such as the DRG8090AS spares. Related to this we have added to our service line-up the 1080S4138XGE manufactured by Scc and we are pleased to be able to service most Scc systems and parts. Due to increased demand we now feature OSEA by Manufacturer Schunk as well.

York Scientific's New & Featured Automation Replacement Parts: Featured for April 2021 York Controls has Schenck Brand LCD150105 in stock, original and quality replacement parts available for immediate shipment. Spare units by Schubert such as A105859 equipment made by Schubert have been added to our featured items. As a tip, you can find the entire Schubert products line-up in our inventory by simply searching for "Schubert" in the search box. Due to increase in client demand we have now also available RB4043 made by Seal-master as well as the popular 302931 original spares produced by Schunk

Servo Motors, Spindles, and Electric Motors Rewinding and Rebuilding. We have expanded capacity at our service centers to do complete overhauls of industrial electric motors and spindles. Refurbishment processes are held to stringent QA standards to adhere to or exceed manufacturer's specifications. Overhauls include motor bearing replacement, stator rewinding, and rebalancing. Additional overhaul and rebuilding capabilities of products such as the DSA3218 by Scanivalve-Corp. and A105859 spares by Schubert are also now also our York Scientific's line-up of service offerings. This also includes the original DL31K5A2670 Spares made by industrial controls and automation manufacturer Scientific-Columbus.
