COVID-19 April 2021 Update: Things have improved for many of our clients worldwide with the spread of COVID-19 apparently slowing down. Vaccinations have made significant inroads. Our dedicated teams at York Controls have been able to ramp up our service response times, with expedited shipment schedules nearly back to normal to meet clients' urgent demand for quality replacement parts and services. Our departments have continued operating at near normal production levels and our delivery and service schedules have not been significantly impacted. In addition to the Sca PCU3000 parts and service support, we are pleased to be able to add several new lines of products and services:

Expanded Service and Repair Support for New Product Lines: We now offer support for discontinued Servo-Dynamics products, including obsoleted and phased-out Sca-Schucker parts and systems, as well as the all-new for 2021 Schunk product line-up. Rolling out starting during the month of April and May of 2021 York is pleased to announce the addition of repair services for automation products made by industrial controls leader Servo-Dynamics such as the 73008088 spares. Related to this we have added to our service line-up the 80450 manufactured by Sca-Schucker and we are pleased to be able to service most Sca-Schucker systems and parts. Due to increased demand we now feature OSEA458 by Manufacturer Schunk as well.

York Scientific's New & Featured Automation Replacement Parts: Featured for April 2021 York Controls has Schneider Brand 140ERT85410 in stock, original and quality replacement parts available for immediate shipment. Spare units by Seagull/sinano-Electric such as 1122001 equipment made by Seagull/sinano-Electric have been added to our featured items. Due to increase in client demand we have now also available DPZ made by Schunk as well as the popular SPHC16 original spares produced by Seiki

Servo Motors, Spindles, and Electric Motors Rewinding and Rebuilding. We have expanded capacity at our service centers to do complete overhauls of industrial electric motors and spindles. Refurbishment processes are held to stringent QA standards to adhere to or exceed manufacturer's specifications. Overhauls include motor bearing replacement, stator rewinding, and rebalancing. Additional overhaul and rebuilding capabilities of products such as the 060F44101 by Sensotec and 1122001 spares by Seagull/sinano-Electric are also now also our York Scientific's line-up of service offerings. This also includes the original ADM207ECSWE00S Spares made by industrial controls and automation manufacturer Semipower.
