COVID-19 April 2021 Update: Things have improved for many of our clients worldwide with the spread of COVID-19 apparently slowing down. Vaccinations have made significant inroads. Our dedicated teams at York Controls have been able to ramp up our service response times, with expedited shipment schedules nearly back to normal to meet clients' urgent demand for quality replacement parts and services. Our departments have continued operating at near normal production levels and our delivery and service schedules have not been significantly impacted. In addition to the Sato M4800S-KB parts and service support, we are pleased to be able to add several new lines of products and services:

Expanded Service and Repair Support for New Product Lines: We now offer support for discontinued Omron products, including obsoleted and phased-out Computer-Dynamics parts and systems, as well as the all-new for 2021 Thomson product line-up. Rolling out starting during the month of April and May of 2021 York is pleased to announce the addition of repair services for automation products made by industrial controls leader Omron such as the NT631ST211E spares. Related to this we have added to our service line-up the MMV311100S000 manufactured by Computer-Dynamics and we are pleased to be able to service most Computer-Dynamics systems and parts. Due to increased demand we now feature MEC2 by Manufacturer Thomson as well.

York Scientific's New & Featured Automation Replacement Parts: Featured for April 2021 York Controls has Okuma Brand OSP5020M in stock, original and quality replacement parts available for immediate shipment. Spare units by Dt-Kalish such as MD020329 equipment made by Dt-Kalish have been added to our featured items. Due to increase in client demand we have now also available N86D3482R001 made by Fanuc as well as the popular MTL5510B original spares produced by Measurement-Technology

Servo Motors, Spindles, and Electric Motors Rewinding and Rebuilding. We have expanded capacity at our service centers to do complete overhauls of industrial electric motors and spindles. Refurbishment processes are held to stringent QA standards to adhere to or exceed manufacturer's specifications. Overhauls include motor bearing replacement, stator rewinding, and rebalancing. Additional overhaul and rebuilding capabilities of products such as the PS400010008 by Electro-Cam and MD020329 spares by Dt-Kalish are also now also our York Scientific's line-up of service offerings. This also includes the original NT4SSF121BE Spares made by industrial controls and automation manufacturer Omron.
