COVID-19 April 2021 Update: Things have improved for many of our clients worldwide with the spread of COVID-19 apparently slowing down. Vaccinations have made significant inroads. Our dedicated teams at York Controls have been able to ramp up our service response times, with expedited shipment schedules nearly back to normal to meet clients' urgent demand for quality replacement parts and services. Our departments have continued operating at near normal production levels and our delivery and service schedules have not been significantly impacted. In addition to the Sanyo RS-04012 parts and service support, we are pleased to be able to add several new lines of products and services:

Expanded Service and Repair Support for New Product Lines: We now offer support for discontinued Scott products, including obsoleted and phased-out Semikron parts and systems, as well as the all-new for 2021 Sanyo-Denki product line-up. Rolling out starting during the month of April and May of 2021 York is pleased to announce the addition of repair services for automation products made by industrial controls leader Scott such as the R64936 spares. Related to this we have added to our service line-up the SEMIX303GD12Vc manufactured by Semikron and we are pleased to be able to service most Semikron systems and parts. Due to increased demand we now feature Q3AA13150HBZTA by Manufacturer Sanyo-Denki as well.

York Scientific's New & Featured Automation Replacement Parts: Featured for April 2021 York Controls has Sawamura-Denki-Kogyo-Co Brand TM54A in stock, original and quality replacement parts available for immediate shipment. Spare units by Sawamura such as SS40E2 equipment made by Sawamura have been added to our featured items. As a tip, you can find the entire Sawamura products line-up in our inventory by simply searching for "Sawamura" in the search box. Due to increase in client demand we have now also available SLC44 made by Schmersal as well as the popular 019000220 original spares produced by Sekidenko-/-Eaton

Servo Motors, Spindles, and Electric Motors Rewinding and Rebuilding. We have expanded capacity at our service centers to do complete overhauls of industrial electric motors and spindles. Refurbishment processes are held to stringent QA standards to adhere to or exceed manufacturer's specifications. Overhauls include motor bearing replacement, stator rewinding, and rebalancing. Additional overhaul and rebuilding capabilities of products such as the MN42G1V1 by Schneeberger and SS40E2 spares by Sawamura are also now also our York Scientific's line-up of service offerings. This also includes the original BLP14AD16S101 Spares made by industrial controls and automation manufacturer Schneider.
