COVID-19 April 2021 Update: Things have improved for many of our clients worldwide with the spread of COVID-19 apparently slowing down. Vaccinations have made significant inroads. Our dedicated teams at York Controls have been able to ramp up our service response times, with expedited shipment schedules nearly back to normal to meet clients' urgent demand for quality replacement parts and services. Our departments have continued operating at near normal production levels and our delivery and service schedules have not been significantly impacted. In addition to the Sanyo R580BT-002E L2Z parts and service support, we are pleased to be able to add several new lines of products and services: Expanded Service and Repair Support for New Product Lines: We now offer support for discontinued Oriental products, including obsoleted and phased-out Dayton parts and systems, as well as the all-new for 2021 Vexta product line-up. Rolling out starting during the month of April and May of 2021 York is pleased to announce the addition of repair services for automation products made by industrial controls leader Oriental such as the PK566AWN5DFC5114T spares. Related to this we have added to our service line-up the PR603112L901 manufactured by Dayton and we are pleased to be able to service most Dayton systems and parts. Due to increased demand we now feature PK564BW by Manufacturer Vexta as well. York Scientific's New & Featured Automation Replacement Parts: Featured for April 2021 York Controls has Leeson Brand N213T17DB44A in stock, original and quality replacement parts available for immediate shipment. Spare units by Marathon such as PVB184TTDR14015AAL equipment made by Marathon have been added to our featured items. As a tip, you can find the entire Marathon products line-up in our inventory by simply searching for "Marathon" in the search box. Due to increase in client demand we have now also available R275 made by Emerson as well as the popular R02SAKOD original spares produced by Yaskawa Servo Motors, Spindles, and Electric Motors Rewinding and Rebuilding. We have expanded capacity at our service centers to do complete overhauls of industrial electric motors and spindles. Refurbishment processes are held to stringent QA standards to adhere to or exceed manufacturer's specifications. Overhauls include motor bearing replacement, stator rewinding, and rebalancing. Additional overhaul and rebuilding capabilities of products such as the P14G7510 by Reliance and PVB184TTDR14015AAL spares by Marathon are also now also our York Scientific's line-up of service offerings. This also includes the original N42202H00AA Spares made by industrial controls and automation manufacturer Allen-Bradley. |
