COVID-19 April 2021 Update: Things have improved for many of our clients worldwide with the spread of COVID-19 apparently slowing down. Vaccinations have made significant inroads. Our dedicated teams at York Controls have been able to ramp up our service response times, with expedited shipment schedules nearly back to normal to meet clients' urgent demand for quality replacement parts and services. Our departments have continued operating at near normal production levels and our delivery and service schedules have not been significantly impacted. In addition to the Sanyo R580BT-002E L2 parts and service support, we are pleased to be able to add several new lines of products and services: Expanded Service and Repair Support for New Product Lines: We now offer support for discontinued Yaskawa products, including obsoleted and phased-out Sanyo parts and systems, as well as the all-new for 2021 Reliance product line-up. Rolling out starting during the month of April and May of 2021 York is pleased to announce the addition of repair services for automation products made by industrial controls leader Yaskawa such as the R02MA2OE spares. Related to this we have added to our service line-up the P50B05010DXS00M manufactured by Sanyo and we are pleased to be able to service most Sanyo systems and parts. Due to increased demand we now feature P25G312KG12QR by Manufacturer Reliance as well. York Scientific's New & Featured Automation Replacement Parts: Featured for April 2021 York Controls has Reliance Brand P56X1529 in stock, original and quality replacement parts available for immediate shipment. Spare units by Exlar such as PSA905TKMGSLM6EM2 equipment made by Exlar have been added to our featured items. As a tip, you can find the entire Exlar products line-up in our inventory by simply searching for "Exlar" in the search box. Due to increase in client demand we have now also available N34122H0AA made by Allen-Bradley as well as the popular P14G7510 original spares produced by Reliance Servo Motors, Spindles, and Electric Motors Rewinding and Rebuilding. We have expanded capacity at our service centers to do complete overhauls of industrial electric motors and spindles. Refurbishment processes are held to stringent QA standards to adhere to or exceed manufacturer's specifications. Overhauls include motor bearing replacement, stator rewinding, and rebalancing. Additional overhaul and rebuilding capabilities of products such as the NF804B11 by Ntb and PSA905TKMGSLM6EM2 spares by Exlar are also now also our York Scientific's line-up of service offerings. This also includes the original QSY155B Spares made by industrial controls and automation manufacturer Heidenhain. |
