COVID-19 April 2021 Update: Things have improved for many of our clients worldwide with the spread of COVID-19 apparently slowing down. Vaccinations have made significant inroads. Our dedicated teams at York Controls have been able to ramp up our service response times, with expedited shipment schedules nearly back to normal to meet clients' urgent demand for quality replacement parts and services. Our departments have continued operating at near normal production levels and our delivery and service schedules have not been significantly impacted. In addition to the Sanyo PM-UPD1S06-30 parts and service support, we are pleased to be able to add several new lines of products and services: Expanded Service and Repair Support for New Product Lines: We now offer support for discontinued Tcd-51st products, including obsoleted and phased-out Smc parts and systems, as well as the all-new for 2021 Sig product line-up. Rolling out starting during the month of April and May of 2021 York is pleased to announce the addition of repair services for automation products made by industrial controls leader Tcd-51st such as the TCD51ST spares. Related to this we have added to our service line-up the MGPM50N75 manufactured by Smc and we are pleased to be able to service most Smc systems and parts. Due to increased demand we now feature 6430408113 by Manufacturer Sig as well. York Scientific's New & Featured Automation Replacement Parts: Featured for April 2021 York Controls has Teco Brand x754 in stock, original and quality replacement parts available for immediate shipment. Spare units by Sanyo such as XSH2862056 equipment made by Sanyo have been added to our featured items. As a tip, you can find the entire Sanyo products line-up in our inventory by simply searching for "Sanyo" in the search box. Due to increase in client demand we have now also available VT130G3U410KA made by Toshiba as well as the popular SGMASC2AGASU22 original spares produced by Yaskawa Servo Motors, Spindles, and Electric Motors Rewinding and Rebuilding. We have expanded capacity at our service centers to do complete overhauls of industrial electric motors and spindles. Refurbishment processes are held to stringent QA standards to adhere to or exceed manufacturer's specifications. Overhauls include motor bearing replacement, stator rewinding, and rebalancing. Additional overhaul and rebuilding capabilities of products such as the BLD3024F by Vexta and XSH2862056 spares by Sanyo are also now also our York Scientific's line-up of service offerings. This also includes the original CIMRE7U4018 Spares made by industrial controls and automation manufacturer Yaskawa. |
