COVID-19 April 2021 Update: Things have improved for many of our clients worldwide with the spread of COVID-19 apparently slowing down. Vaccinations have made significant inroads. Our dedicated teams at York Controls have been able to ramp up our service response times, with expedited shipment schedules nearly back to normal to meet clients' urgent demand for quality replacement parts and services. Our departments have continued operating at near normal production levels and our delivery and service schedules have not been significantly impacted. In addition to the Sanyo P60B13100HCL66 parts and service support, we are pleased to be able to add several new lines of products and services: Expanded Service and Repair Support for New Product Lines: We now offer support for discontinued Custom-Servo-Inc. products, including obsoleted and phased-out Biesse parts and systems, as well as the all-new for 2021 Max-Motion product line-up. Rolling out starting during the month of April and May of 2021 York is pleased to announce the addition of repair services for automation products made by industrial controls leader Custom-Servo-Inc. such as the MPM1141FRMEBM spares. Related to this we have added to our service line-up the MT200 manufactured by Biesse and we are pleased to be able to service most Biesse systems and parts. Due to increased demand we now feature MPR31 by Manufacturer Max-Motion as well. York Scientific's New & Featured Automation Replacement Parts: Featured for April 2021 York Controls has Sanyo Brand P50B05010DBE00 in stock, original and quality replacement parts available for immediate shipment. Spare units by Fadal such as MTR0002 equipment made by Fadal have been added to our featured items. As a tip, you can find the entire Fadal products line-up in our inventory by simply searching for "Fadal" in the search box. Due to increase in client demand we have now also available P14H7206G made by Reliance as well as the popular MSK040C0600NNS1UG0NNNN original spares produced by Rexroth Servo Motors, Spindles, and Electric Motors Rewinding and Rebuilding. We have expanded capacity at our service centers to do complete overhauls of industrial electric motors and spindles. Refurbishment processes are held to stringent QA standards to adhere to or exceed manufacturer's specifications. Overhauls include motor bearing replacement, stator rewinding, and rebalancing. Additional overhaul and rebuilding capabilities of products such as the MPLB520KMJ22AA by Allen-Bradley and MTR0002 spares by Fadal are also now also our York Scientific's line-up of service offerings. This also includes the original P18A1015 Spares made by industrial controls and automation manufacturer Reliance. |
